On the downside, we learned that he doesn’t have a team, no secretaries or assistants, which may limit the workload he could take on at a time.
Although we have to give it to him for being highly responsive, whether you’re a new or existing client, he’ll attend to you ASAP. You won’t have to wait for an entire day to hear back from him, be it a call, text or email.

But just a heads up, they primarily focus on residential listings and purchases. So, they might not be the best choice for commercial properties or deals.
