Rooter Group Inc. is a top option that always popped up when we were doing our research for the best plumbing companies in Toronto. Upon checking them out further, we discovered that this may be because of the scope of areas they service in Canada!

Aside from Toronto, they also operate in places like North York, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, and more — pretty impressive!

We’ve also discovered that they also offer a broad array of plumbing solutions, making them one of the best choices in the Greater Toronto Area. 

Some of their services include sewer cleaning, power flushing, drain cleaning and inspection. What we love, though, is that they offer these services at a reasonable price.

Furthermore, it’s noteworthy that many of their past clients we interviewed commended the plumbers’ professionalism. Several also noted how courteous they were throughout the entire process, which is a good sign of a reputable company in our books!

We think the quality of their work is worth mentioning as well, as we have heard reports saying that their homes were almost spotless after their service. 

Some plumbing companies would leave their clients’ homes a mess after cleaning, so this aspect is a plus for us!

Our only gripe with Rooter Group is their customer service, as we felt that even though they were responsive, they weren’t as informative. 

Overall, we thought that they could make improvements in terms of informing their potential clients and their tone of voice. So, we hope they can improve on this aspect to further improve the experience of their clients.

Everest Drain & Plumbing is a highly recommended company that kept coming up in our surveys. Once we took a closer look at its offerings, we understood why it garnered so much praise, as it ticks important boxes.

For starters, we noted that Everest Drain & Plumbing only hires plumbers who are licensed. We think this aspect can instantly boost the client’s confidence in how their service will turn out. 

Aside from that, we highly appreciate that Everest Drain & Plumbing also offers relatively reasonable prices for their services.

Speaking of services, another plus in our books is that it has just about every plumbing solution a household or a commercial building may need: backflow prevention, hot water tank installation, drain power flush, and more.

But, one thing that we want to highlight is that it offers free estimates. We can see this being useful for people who are listing down their services before eventually settling for a plumbing company to trust.

On the downside, some clients voiced out about how the representative they talked to kept on upselling them. We think it would be better if their staff doesn’t insist too much on a more expensive service, especially if it’s cheaper options will suffice. 

Next on our list is Royal Plumbers Ltd, another household name in Toronto when it comes to plumbing services partly because of its 10+ years of experience. Furthermore, we can also see why they’ve been at the top of their game for this many years.

For starters, we like how fast they can dispatch their plumbers as soon as they answer an inquiry. 

From what we’ve seen, this lightning-fast response is due to the multiple professionals dispatched to various districts in Toronto. With this, when a client calls, they can quickly send someone to check.

Another thing we liked about Royal Plumbers is how they offer free estimates, which is always nice to have, especially if it’s your first time. Also, based on our surveys, we saw that their estimates are accurate so you won’t have to worry about overspending.

However, there’s one glaring problem that we noticed during our surveys with their previous clients—the attitude of some of their plumbers. Various respondents voiced their dismay with the overall lack of friendliness of the ones assigned to them.

Nonetheless, we think it’s great that they also have 24/7 emergency services for those unexpected mishaps that need quick fixes. 

This positive aspect, paired with the abovementioned fact that they have different plumbers dispatched across the Greater Toronto Area, makes them one of the fastest respondents in the industry.

Priority Plumbing & Drains is an award-winning plumbing company so we had a lot of high hopes going into our research. Safe to say, those expectations were met, as they’re one of the most well-rounded plumbing companies in Toronto.

From what we’ve seen, they offer a wide variety of plumbing services ranging from showers, bathtubs, frozen pipes and everything in between. 

Furthermore, they also offer heating repairs and drain and sewer services that can be handy for both commercial and residential owners—an added point for convenience!

For us, the real highlight is their lifetime warranty services. This simply means that when they install something on your property, you can rest easy that they can swipe in and make any fixes for free!

Also, this may be a small thing, but we appreciate how respectful they are with their clients’ spaces. For instance, they make sure to wear shoe covers and clean up all their mess afterwards.

The only problem we see with Priority Plumbing & Drains is that they can rub people off the wrong way with their significantly higher price range. If you can look past this, however, you’ll be doing yourself a favour, as they’re among the cream of the crop in Toronto.

We wanted to include Galaxy Plumbing Inc. on this list because we were impressed with the services they offered. They have just about every solution for all plumbing issues from clogging to leaks and more!

However, we were more surprised to see some unique services that people wouldn’t typically see in other companies. This includes things like flood prevention, water filtration, and floor heating.

As far as professionalism goes, we found that this is one of those companies that passes with flying colours! This is because all the plumbers under them are certified, licensed, and most importantly, insured.

Speaking of their plumbers, we’ve heard from our sources that they move in an organised and professional manner. We like how this type of organisation not only translates to better results but also helps in keeping clients in the loop of what’s going to happen.

As for the things we didn’t like, we could only name two. Firstly, the prices were a bit too high to our liking and several of our interviewees shared the same sentiment.

Secondly, we wished that they could open on Sundays, as being closed on this specific day kind of nullifies their 24/7 emergency services.

Other than that, we recommend Galaxy Plumbing Inc. 100% because of their professionalism and complete set of services.
