Moreover, we noted some negative experiences regarding customer service, especially when customers ask for assistance in shopping or enquire about a product. There are also times when it’s hard to get in touch with them over the phone.

That said, we suggest customers use Best Buy’s 24/7 live agents to call or chat with them to help them address their concerns. Contacting chat agents is usually the quickest way to get a response and a possible solution.

Another thing we like is the gaming chairs at incredibly affordable prices, some as low as $99.99.

On top of that, we also appreciate their low price guarantee wherein they will match a lower price of a product from a different establishment. So best make a quick research about the product’s prices from competing stores.

Lastly, we also appreciate the product warranties on their gaming chairs, which gives customers peace of mind in case of defects or product concerns.

We are impressed with their selection of gaming chairs with diverse brands, models, prices, and features. 

It’s also a plus that they have more gaming chairs in stores than their competitors, which mostly only have them available online. So, we think it’s advantageous for these products to be available in stores so customers can try to assess the quality in person.

Although, we are a bit disappointed with their customer service, particularly with some employees not bothering to accommodate customers and taking too long to assist.

We also noted some issues regarding customers receiving the wrong orders during a pick-up, which beats the whole point of convenient pick-up service.

On a positive note, we think it’s good that they provide warranty plans, like their protection plan for chairs. This plan covers structural and cosmetic damage on the gaming chair — stains and damage to leather included!
