On top of that, we learned that David’s an award-winning realtor recognized as one of the Top 3 Realtors in Whistler by the readers of the Pique Newsmagazine.
What we like most about him is his determination to put in the time and effort to make everything as seamless as possible — it’s like he doesn’t even sleep!
We also think his innovativeness and problem-solving skills are impressive. For instance, he can complete complex deals from listing to closing in two weeks, which is worth every praise given how competitive the industry is.
It’s also worth noting that David has an independent team of creatives that can produce multiple ways or campaigns to maximize the exposure of your property. And kudos to them for having the resources to create drone shots, 3D plans, social media blasts, and more.
Although, we noticed that he has limited focus on low to mid-end properties since he primarily works with luxury real estate. But he still provides his services regardless of price point.
Lastly, we like that The Wolf of Whistler is available 24/7 to answer your questions and ease your worries. Plus, David is very responsive and will be on the phone with you for two hours just to give you all the info you need!

However, we noticed that he might not have that much variety in services to promote your property in an out-of-the-box way. Still, we have to give him a hand with the network of local experts he has.
As for the variety of properties, we like that he has experience dealing with different types of buildings and neighbourhoods.
It’s also worth mentioning that Matthew offers free home appraisals, including comparisons to other homes that have recently sold or are on the market. In addition, he doesn’t need access to your property, and all you have to do is supply details about your property and wait.

Luckily, Dean and his team guarantee immediate response to any questions, emails, concerns and follow-ups. And from what we’ve seen, this is best for those with no prior experience with the inner workings of real estate transactions, just call and ask away!
We also like that they make YouTube videos and actually post virtual tours to promote an online house-hunting experience. In fact, some clients have purchased a home sight unseen until they moved in.
But, we think they could develop this further if they had an independent team of creatives to produce high-quality materials other than YouTube tours.
Nonetheless, we appreciate how Dean uses his connections for referrals and create a better experience for you. In the end, this has also played a part in allowing him to achieve quick turnaround times for buying and selling homes.

This also includes the systems and protocols they have in place, which makes every paperwork, event or person where they’re supposed to be — taking “get your ducks in a row” to a whole nother level!
Another thing that impressed us is how calm and collected Meg is, especially when an issue pops into the equation, it’s as if she’s seen it all, and nothing fazes her.
It’s worth noting how she goes above and beyond to assist her clients, down to minor repairs, cleaning, and even picking up the keys for a purchase. For instance, Meg has helped remote clients who did the majority of their interactions online, yet everything was still settled perfectly.
However, we think they can work on creating their own marketing team that can produce promotional materials in different ways, especially since we noticed that they don’t have much exposure compared to other realtors.
Regardless, we’ve noted multiple praises from other sales agents and fellow realtors for how well she collaborates with them to close a successful deal.
