Another thing we like is that they don’t dilly-dally for too long to get a hold of all your orders and furniture. There are even times when clients make last-minute requests for furniture pieces and end up getting surprised for having it delivered within two days.

On that note, we’re impressed by the network of manufacturers, suppliers, and trade Lumar Interior has. You get to have quality picks and more opportunities for customization.

However, we suggest you book them early via phone or website since they’re closed on weekends, and their weekdays are sometimes fully booked.

Still, in our books, these are tell-tale signs of Lumar Interiors’ excellent reputation! We think this is especially true after clients mentioned that they’ve been regulars and repeat customers for over a decade.

Sansa Interiors, a boutique interior design service, specializes in crafting personalized spaces. We like how they create a warm, minimalist vibe by mixing textures and materials for residential and commercial clients.

We also appreciate how they’re there with you every step of the way, ensuring your space looks impressive! 

From our surveys, we found that many clients liked how Sansa Interiors took the time to understand what matters. Many appreciate the design suggestions that match their vision or even stuff they’ve pinned on Pinterest.

Another noteworthy aspect we like is that they also help you with permit requirements and have next-level organizing skills, which adds to their overall competency.

On the other hand, we found that they tend to focus more on high-end custom projects, which may not be the cup of tea for some clients. That said, it’s best to call them first to check if they can help you with what you want.

But we have to hand it to their team for not cutting corners and having an excellent eye for detail. Plus, we noted that they’re quick on their feet if something goes wrong, like renegotiating items to match your budget.

Lastly, we like that Sansa Interiors Inc. is available seven days a week. Thus, you can book consultations on a weekend, which is especially great for busy clients!

What we like most about Toronto Interior Design Group is that they’re a full-service residential interior design boutique. They do everything from interior designs and furnishings to handling construction and project management.

And with everything they handle, we’re pleasantly surprised they maintain to be highly organized and on top of things all the time – be it permit issues or sudden changes. 

Also, they anticipate surprises and risks in renovations and present prompt, well-thought solutions that make the result even better — finding the silver lining in any situation.

It’s also a plus in our books that the team’s attention to detail and sense of keeping the project moving on time is worth the praise. Many clients have referred them for projects on a tight schedule without jeopardizing their quality.

But we’re quite bummed that they only accept appointments, so you won’t be able to just look around or have a spontaneous consultation for a possible furnishing project.

We also advise you to reach them through their online form or phone to set a suitable schedule for you during the weekdays.

Nonetheless, we like how Toronto Interior Design Group handles projects on a tight schedule without making clients pull out multiple credit cards!

Coe Mudford Interior Design (CMID), based in Toronto, is about crafting these living spaces with a modern twist and top-notch quality. They work with clients to ensure each interior is unique and decked out with the best furnishings and finishes.

One thing that stood out the most to us was that they’re highly adaptive to any style or preference. 

You can throw in your mood boards or even vague ideas of what you’d like, and they’ll present innovative and unique design concepts that perfectly capture the essence of what you envision. 

On top of that, they consistently incorporate your feedback and suggestions, ensuring that the final design reflects your style and meets all your requirements.

It’s also admirable how they always maintain communication for any concerns, progress reports, and even post-service issues — it gives you a sense of involvement and control.

But note that they tend to lean more toward the luxurious living space market for designs and furnishings.

Regardless, we commend CMID for always sticking to schedule and meeting deadlines, whether it’s for a design proposal, a delivery, or the end of the project — they’ll make it.

Overall, Coe Mudford Interior Design deserves applause for their style digestion and their willingness to make revisions until they achieve the perfect design for you.

We think it’s neat that they have a design shop where you can pick up an item or furniture for your home and a design studio to get started on furnishing or designing your home. 

It’s also thoughtful of KENDALL & Co. for making their shop accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. It’s also great that they’re pet-friendly, making your visits much more like a trial run to what could be your home interior.

Based on our research, they support, promote, and sell 100% Canadian bespoke collections. To give you an idea, they can offer hardwood frame furniture with custom upholstery and an almost endless variety of decorative options and dimensions.

Another thing we appreciate is their complimentary meeting with their design team to determine a mutual fit in working together. So they’ll probably answer your questions about their fee structure and budget expectations during this session, too.

However, we’re a bit iffy that their design consultations are by appointment only, so you can’t just walk up into their shop and sit for an instant consultation.

Despite that, from what we’ve gathered, KENDALL & Co. Interior Design + Decor deserves a spot on this list thanks to their range of services and how well they perform and execute them.
