From what we’ve seen, these guys are thorough! They stick to a 30-point checklist to ensure they inspect every corner.

Furthermore, the service we’ve seen has been solid! It’s awesome that they delivered results, and not just promises, at reasonable prices.

Although they don’t offer 24/7 emergency services, they’re still open daily. Many clients also noted their efficient technicians, which is important because we love on-time service!

Their comprehensive service impressed us. Their technicians offer furnace repairs, installation, and maintenance, as well as fix other heating issues for boilers, heat pumps, and more.

Plus, they know how to deliver! From what we’ve gathered, their technicians managed to pinpoint the issue and successfully perform easy and difficult tasks, which speaks volumes about their expertise!

Another thing we like is they’re accessible! Apart from offering 24/7 emergency services, they’re also available to residential and commercial clients from all over Vancouver and its surrounding areas.

Paris Service Group didn’t disappoint us. From the quotations to after-sales service, we were thoroughly impressed, and you can easily understand why.

Scheduling an appointment is quick to do online, eliminating lots of back-and-forth communication. You can choose your preferred date and time, although there’s usually a week-long wait for an opening.

Then again, it means they’re booked—that’s a good thing! We get why, considering their technicians were effective and can actually do the job, even when your furnace’s problem may be a bit challenging.

Another thing we observed is their good customer service. We appreciate that their technicians were professional and friendly, even offering solid advice to ensure your home remains warm.

It’s a bummer they’re closed on weekends, but we appreciate that they’re available for same-day service and they answer queries 24/7. They’re efficient, too, arriving pretty quickly after the initial call, no matter the season (yes, even in the winter!).

Western Pacific HVAC serves residential and commercial clients in Vancouver and its surrounding areas, making it an accessible company. That’s not the main reason we chose them; it’s because they’re an all-around service.

Aside from furnace repair, they also install HVAC systems for construction projects, whether for a single home or a multi-unit townhome. That shows their experience in handling small and big projects, don’t you think?

We also love that they’re available seven days a week, day and night, for emergencies. From our observations, they do arrive quickly, which is handy when your furnace needs urgent fixing!

Plus, it’s cool that their technicians can get the job done. They handle small and big furnace issues for various brands, showing their extensive knowledge about all kinds of problems.

While we appreciate their solid customer service, there were a few reports regarding late appointments and a lack of communication. Those aren’t common issues, though!

One of our picks, GreenTech HVAC, is still considered new in the business, having served Vancouver since 2021. But we don’t see that as a disadvantage because their technicians have over a decade of experience.

Another reason is that they’ve completed hundreds of residential and commercial projects in Vancouver! Based on what we saw, these guys know how to repair almost any type of furnace problem!

Plus, they’re authorised dealers for three brands: American Standard, Tosot, and Ameristar. What’s cool is they’re still equipped to handle other brands.

The downside is they’re only open six days a week, so there’s a bit of a wait for regular appointments. They compensate by offering emergency services, though!

They also know how to provide good customer service by being helpful and repairing furnaces faster than expected! Most clients noted their honesty as well!

All these come at a reasonable price. They’re not expensive, making them accessible to all kinds of budgets!
