As someone who works 9 to 5 seven days a week in Vancouver, I ensure a getaway is in order every couple of months or weeks, depending on how stressful work is. This can be anything from camping to simple staycations, but my favourite is getting pampered at spa hotels.
The variety of these hotels in the city is one of my favourite things about living here, and I’ve got the luxury of staying at a handful of them! Now, take it from me: not all these places give the quality of pampering I wanted, but that’s part of the discovery.

Pan Pacific Vancouver immediately soared to the top of my list of favourite Vancouver hotels because of its stunning views. Whether in your room or at the rooftop lounge and pool, you’ll see panoramic views of the waterfront or Downtown Vancouver—win-win!
However, their “Retreat, Recharge & Reconnect” package cemented this as a favourite of mine. The main highlight of this package is the hot stone massage, which uses heated basalt stones to help soothe body tension—perfect after a long week!
In addition to this treatment, the package also features an overnight stay at the Pacific Club Floor, on the 23rd storey of the building. These rooms not only provide beautiful panoramic views but also grant access to the lounge!

Fairmont Pacific Rim

Similar to Pan Pacific, Fairmont Pacific Room offers beautiful panoramic views of both the harbour and the Vancouver skyline to its lucky guests. One thing that it does better, however, is offering more spa facilities.
For instance, guests can also hop into the cold plunge or the sauna, aside from getting the usual massages! Moreover, they also offer various rejuvenating body treatments like the Coastal Mountain Cleanse, which involves dry brush exfoliation and a unique blue algae full-body mask.
Staying here is also a treat because the rooms are elegantly designed and equipped with modern amenities. Depending on your chosen room, you can wake up to views of Stanley Park, Coal Harbour, and other iconic attractions.

This hotel also puts wellness in the spotlight by featuring a luxurious spa that offers private retreats. For starters, they offer spa body treatments, which combine body scrubs, detoxification, massages, and wraps.

Rosewood Hotel Georgia is strategically located in the heart of Downtown, so you’ll have the pleasure of discovering hidden cafes and restaurants during your stay. This location also means that you’ll get the pleasure of waking up to the views of the skyline every morning!
It also houses one of the most luxurious spas in the city, featuring a beautiful indoor heated pool and a wide variety of relaxing treatments. Among these is the Rosewood Retreat, which is a 6-hour package consisting of full-body exfoliation, mud mask, and a massage.
We’re also huge fans of their sense massages, which combine aroma and kneading to attain total zen. Our favourite is the rhythmic stone massage because of the satisfying choreographed kneading and the perfect warm temperature of the stones.
