We were happy to witness that these guys provide detailed reports—every issue is actually noted there.

Their services are mold inspection, planning, remediation, and prevention. It’s a nice touch that they do renovations, which is handy if there’s a need to tear down walls if the mold has reached the inside.

We’re glad that they’re also super professional with their service because they were very committed to solving mold problems, which our neighbors actually mentioned.

They also provide free in-home inspections, which is awesome. Couple that with their reasonably priced services, and you get a budget-friendly provider.

But if the mold issue is too severe, we found that they have 0% financing to help with your payments. There’s no credit card required, either, which is convenient.

However, the only issue we have is they’re closed on Sundays. But we learned they’re pretty responsive, even coming the same day sometimes.

Their services are pretty extensive as well, which we like because you can just hire one service instead of paying for another. They offer mold inspection, removal, and remediation, as well as asbestos removal and air quality testing.

These guys are also very professional, and we’re glad to see how they go above and beyond for their clients. We’re also happy to see how patient they are, especially when explaining and discussing the mold removal process.

It’s nice that they provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee should there be any leftover mold in your home. But from what we’ve seen, there’s no need to worry about mold once they start their service because they’re super good at it.

Overall, they’re a solid choice, especially since we received a fairly priced quotation from them. It’s just a bummer they’re not available to work on Sundays.

We like the variety of their services as well because it all correlates to mold issues. There’s mold inspection, removal, and testing, as well as indoor air quality testing and asbestos testing.

Plus, they also provide pre-purchase mold inspection, which is a really handy service before buying a house. It does ensure you won’t get stuck with a toxic house.

It was also surprising that their service is very discreet. We saw there was no large “mold removal” mark on their truck and the crew didn’t come with brightly coloured uniforms that would make nosy heads turn.
