What we like the most is their strong focus on accessibility and aging-in-place modifications. They employ certified accessibility assessors who tailor designs to make sure homes meet long-term needs. 

However, they’re closed on weekends, so you’ll need to plan around their schedule. Though their expertise makes it worth the effort.

To give you an idea, a room meant as a den can later turn into a kid’s bedroom, and they can widen hallways or doors to make the space more accessible. This kind of forward-thinking design makes them a good choice for anyone wanting a home that adapts as life changes.

It’s also convenient that they’re responsive and available seven days a week, making it easy to stay in the loop and address concerns as they come up. But it’s a bummer that their website doesn’t clearly lay out warranty information, so you’ll need to ask about that. 

Nonetheless, their track record for completing projects on time and addressing customer needs makes them a solid option for building or renovating.
