They provide recruitment and placement services. But one of our favourite parts is they have temporary and permanent recruitment, which we believe offers flexibility to both job seekers and employers.
Additionally, they specialize in different fields to allow employers to focus on running their businesses. They offer human resources (HR), payrolling, and executive search services.
Moreover, we like their various specializations, from sales to information technology (IT) to healthcare. For us, that entails they have access to various networks, allowing them to provide the best candidates from different trades.
Plus, we appreciate their efficiency in finding candidates for employers and job seekers. Besides that, they provide accurate assessments, which we find cost-effective during the employment process.
We also want to note their staff for being supportive by giving assistance as needed. In our opinion, it shows their dedication to the job—an important aspect of the industry!
Unfortunately, a group of job seekers we surveyed were disappointed about being placed in a position that displaced them in just a short time. Also, the service quality will vary depending on the location since they have a tonne of branches.

Established in 2012, Opulence Staffing Solutions, Inc. is not only located in Winnipeg but also has branches in Toronto and the United States. It makes them available for many Canadians, which we appreciate.
But a downside we found to having multiple branches is the quality of service sometimes differs. It was disappointing to find complaints about customer service in other branches.
Looking on the bright side, Opulence Staffing Solutions, Inc. has years of experience in employment services for various fields. Their specialty range is impressive, including manufacturing, marketing, accounting, IT, engineering, and human resources.
Additionally, they specialize in temporary hires, which is something many HR services have asked them for. While they don’t specialize in permanent hiring, they’ve managed to provide permanent positions to various job seekers.
A convenient aspect we really like is they don’t require cover letters for all applications. This is particularly beneficial as they can’t review all applicant cover letters, so not mandating them results in a quicker process, in our opinion.
Lastly, we appreciate that they accept both online and in-person job applications. However, should you decide to visit their office to submit your resume, you must schedule an appointment beforehand—which diminishes the walk-in convenience.

Thanks to their global presence, they can offer employment opportunities to a vast array of professionals. This means that employers can secure the most proficient candidates for their positions—and conversely, job seekers can find the best opportunities.
Their areas of specialization are finance and accounting, technology, marketing, administrative and customer support, and legal. While that seems like a lot, we find it limited compared to other employment agencies in Winnipeg.
On a good note, they provide contract and permanent staffing. That allows any skilled candidates to ask them for job assistance!
Moreover, we appreciate their consulting solution services. It helps companies enhance performance and manage day-to-day operations—highly important to keep the business running as it lessens the headaches due to the expert advisors!
We were glad to hear positive things about their employment assistance in Winnipeg. But that’s not the case for other branches, as service quality varies greatly depending on the location.

They were founded in 1975, and we admire that with four decades in the industry, they continue to provide great service. They can back it up when they won the 2023 Canada’s Best Managed Companies Platinum member title—impressive!
Another factor that impressed us is their areas of specialization, including accounting and finance, engineering, IT, industrial, legal, sales and marketing, and HR. It’s a lot, which means more job opportunities for Winnipeggers.
In addition, they provide employers with permanent and temporary staffing. In fact, they have high submission-to-interview ratios, which is good news not only for employers but also for job-seeking individuals!
Moreover, we admire them for providing a diverse network. They only evaluate education and experience, providing equal opportunities for different nationalities.
One of the things we also appreciate is their top-notch assistance. Some job seekers mentioned that Aplin gave them great advice, especially during the negotiations and interviews—pretty handy!
On the downside, there were instances when Aplin took a week or so before responding to email inquiries. There were also a few miscommunication issues during the recruiting process—which doesn’t happen often, though!

Additionally, their WPP promotes a more productive and positive workplace culture through the style and performance profiles. It’s even designed for easy readability and comprehension!
Their areas of expertise are in engineering, marketing, accounting and finance, operations, and executive search. What’s even better is each recruitment consultant has a distinct area of expertise for more effective sourcing.
Moreover, a standout factor we really like is their focus on sourcing candidates seeking remote jobs—an especially valuable service for those living in rural areas! We like that they will also adjust should the position require future relocation.
Speaking of remote jobs, The Headhunters Recruitment’s consultants are all work-from-home from all over Canada. Sadly, that means there’s no physical office for walk-in job applications.
Another report that disappointed us is the delayed responses, which we understand can be frustrating, especially for job seekers. Nonetheless, it appears to be isolated occurrences.
On a good note, our client surveys showed that their recruitment consultants were really helpful. Some showed a lot of compassion, especially for those looking for their dream company.
