Along with that, they will do rush orders after securing measurements. This ensures they can repair your windows as soon as possible, which we appreciate.

Now, if you’re looking for discounts and priority service, you’ll be glad to know they offer an Advantage Plan. We like that this is transferable if you sell your home.

But one of our main concerns is there were cases of late glass shipments. This, unfortunately, resulted in delays that can be a bother to clients’ plans.

Another is there were late appointments. Again, this can cause problems with the clients’ work schedules, especially since Glass Doctor is closed on weekends.

A slight drawback we found is the high prices, with some clients mentioning that GreenFox was one of the highest quotes they received. So, we were glad to know that they offer financing options for flexible payments.

We would also like to see an improvement in customer service. There were instances of no-shows on the appointment day, which caused delays.

On a good note, they’re open on Saturdays. So, if you work on weekdays, you don’t have to take a day off.
