For a big company, we appreciate this since most will direct you to a call centre. Plus, you will always get a dedicated service.
Second, it’s easy to access the payment information. We like that you can view these on the desktop or mobile app anywhere and anytime.
Moreover, the features you can get on Payworks are pretty neat! They will take care of filing tax remittances to give you more time to take care of your business.
Third, they will directly deposit the wages to your employees’ bank accounts. Honestly, that’s highly convenient because that’s a monthly thing you don’t need to worry about.
Aside from that, it’s useful for hybrid work setups! Employees can make time off requests on the app and view their personal information, of course!
However, the interface of the Payworks app can be glitchy at times. Also, some employees noted that they wished the navigation could be updated because they couldn’t edit some things from their own profiles.
