We love Nectar Flowers because of their gorgeous arrangements, where every composition looks and feels carefully planned. This is a flower delivery service that provides posh-looking designs, especially the bouquets.

There’s something for every occasion, from birthdays to weddings, so you can definitely buy what you need. Plus, there’s a selection that reflects the essence of the season, from spring to winter.

A product that’s worth highlighting is their flower macaron boxes, which are boxes of blooms with sweet confections. They’re pretty to look at and delicious to eat, so you get the best of both worlds.

They’re pricier, and frankly, we get it. The flower arrangements are gorgeous, the packaging is elegant, and the replacements for seasonally unavailable pieces still work for the whole design.

As far as availability goes, they deliver to Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding areas. Same-day delivery is also available, as long as they’re submitted before 3 pm, but their shop is closed on weekends if you want to check the flowers in person.

When speaking about bloom arrangements, Sandy’s Flowers and More is one of our top choices because of the truly gorgeous designs they offer. That’s not surprising, given that the owner has a florist diploma and is a Master Designer.

They mostly offer bouquets, but flowers in vases and boxes are also available. There’s a good variety, including seasonal collection, but we still find the online options limited compared to what we saw in the shop, which is open 7 days a week, BTW.

You can pick custom arrangements anyway, so the limited online selection isn’t a big deal. They can design for any occasion or just because!

They’re also one of our options when we want something that looks way more expensive without spending a fortune. You get what you pay for in design and quality—a good value for money, overall.

Additionally, orders of $60 or more get free delivery within a 10 km radius of their shop on Bronson Avenue. Sadly, same-day delivery isn’t always guaranteed, but it’s fine since they send orders quickly, and they respond fast to delivery inquiries.

Nothing beats a classic rose arrangement, which Vivian Flowers knows how to do properly! This family-owned floral shop, open any day of the week, offers an incredible selection of roses in different colours.

But that’s not all they have. There are custom orders and a good selection of floral arrangements in their shop, including tulips and lilies, which are designed with the right harmony, in colour and texture.

Plenty of flower arrangements are also available for every occasion, like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. We particularly loved the variety of unique vase options to make it more interesting—flowers in a pastel unicorn, maybe?

A little hiccup, however, is that their service area doesn’t always include rural communities in Ottawa. They cover all major communities in the city, though.

Price-wise, we like what we’ve seen. There’s something for every budget, including the Deal of the Day custom arrangement starting at $75, which is a sweet option for something made-to-order.

Located in downtown Ottawa and open every day, Bel Fiore Flower Shop is one of our go-to spots when we’re looking for flower deliveries. They’ve got everything sorted out on their online shop, although with a small selection.

On the plus side, their online options still have a good variety, including compact arrangements, seasonal selections, and holiday picks. And these aren’t your typical choices, as they specialize in unique arrangements.

These one-of-a-kind designs look fresh and curated with the right balance of textures, colours, and types of flowers—stunning and carefully picked, overall. But with unique designs and fresh flowers, expect the prices to be a tad higher than usual.

They’re worth it if you prefer something new, like trying out their loose flowers you can arrange on your own—a DIY option for a more personalized touch.

Delivery’s on the dot, even. All in all, a smooth service with products you don’t normally see every day.

On special occasions, Flowers by Maggie always delivers. Flower delivery in Ottawa West and Nepean is available on the same day when you order before 2 pm, which is pretty late compared to other florists in the area.

Places outside of their usual spots can still get same-day delivery for orders submitted by 12 pm. But delivery fees can be slightly higher.

All in all, delivery’s excellent. When it comes to the flower quality, they know how to serve fresh pieces arranged beautifully. The ones we’ve seen are impressive, but it’s their custom arrangements that really bloom.

We were amazed by their excellent customer service, as they were accommodating and gave the customer what they needed. They’re the kind of florist who gets the job done by providing arrangements that are exactly what you want.

All these good things for prices that aren’t overpriced. They’ve got options for every budget, even with just $50, without tax, of course!
