By bus: You can hop on BC Transit buses if you’re in either Kelowna or Vernon, and they’ll drop you close to the trailheads.
By private car: If you’re in Kelowna, the trail kicks off right near Okanagan Lake, and there’s a bunch of parking near key access points like Knox Mountain Park.
For those starting in the Coldstream area near Vernon, just head to Kalamalka Lake and find the parking spots around the trail entrance—they’re easy to spot.

Another popular choice is the stretch between Oyama and Kaloya Park, totalling about 10 kilometres round trip. If skiing is more your thing, cross-country opportunities are available as long as there’s a good base of snow.
