Additionally, their complete equipment allows them to finish the snow clearing faster than with shovels and snowblowers only. They can service large residential properties as well.

Conveniently, they are located in Central Winnipeg, allowing their dispatch crew to arrive anywhere in the city faster than usual. They are also on standby 24/7, which impressed us as their office is closed on weekends the rest of the year.

Additionally, we appreciate that they are well-equipped with shovels, backpack blowers and snow blowers. They will sometimes combine these to ensure effective and efficient clearing.

Moreover, we appreciate their ice management program. They will remove frozen snow and ice buildup on your property, which can help prevent slip-and-fall accidents.

They offer salt and sanding for commercial properties to help prevent accidents. They will work on pavements and parking lots, which we believe many businesses need during winter months!

We were impressed with their fast response time from quotation to the actual service, which received praise from previous clients. Their reliability definitely left a mark on us!

Although we appreciate their cashless payments, that also means they don’t accept cash or e-transfers. It’s just a small issue for us, though.

What we like most about them is their wide array of services. They offer a pretty comprehensive snow removal service than others in Winnipeg.

Their residential service includes salt and sand mix application, which other snow removal companies in the city don’t offer for residences. That’s convenient and helpful for preventing slips and falls, eh?

Another aspect that left us impressed is their commercial roof snow removal. That’s quite rare for driveway snow-clearing companies in Winnipeg since most don’t offer roof snow!

Additionally, they offer commercial monthly contracts that come with unlimited visits! For us, this is beneficial for customers’ safety since snow in Winnipeg usually lasts from November to March—sometimes up to April!

Furthermore, we admire that they are open 24/7 during the winter season. However, the rest of their services aren’t available on Sundays for the rest of the year.

Their efficiency deserves a compliment, though, because they can remove heaps of snow in just several minutes! Possibly due to their complete equipment, which earns them points from us.

We were just slightly disappointed to hear a few reports of poor customer support. Nevertheless, we’ve seen significant improvement in their customer service.
