Aside from those, they offer installation and repair of eavestroughs and siding. These are essential to ensure no water enters inside homes and structures.

On top of that, they offer exterior and interior painting. For us, hiring the same company for roof painting is convenient and reduces the number of contractors you need to talk to—less headaches!

What’s more, they have financing options available with low monthly payments. We all know that roofing services can be costly, especially for large properties, so this definitely helps!

We were impressed by their workmanship and efficiency. Previous clients have praised them for their excellent service, and some have recommended them to neighbours, too!

However, what disappointed us was hearing complaints about the lack of proper communication. We also received just a few reports about missing deadlines, which we think All Weather Exteriors could improve with a better schedule system.

It’s impressive that they were HomeStars Best of Award Winners in 2019 and 2020. That speaks about their workmanship, don’t you think?

Serving residential and commercial clients, they work on small or big properties. They also offer siding to keep the exteriors safe from elements while improving appearance!

One of their specializations is repairing hail damage. Their skills impressed us since signs of hail damage can be hard to spot!

In addition to that, they specialize in flat or low-slope roofing. We appreciate their crew, who has vast experience determining the right materials specifically for Winnipeg weather.

It’s worth mentioning that they have fast turnaround times, which we think shows their skills and knowledge in the industry. They can even finish jobs in one day!

Their fast service doesn’t diminish the work quality, which is most important for us. In fact, the clients we surveyed commended their attention to detail and workmanship.

Moreover, their cleanup process would have earned extra points from us because they use industrial magnets to pick up all nails and metal debris. But some clients complained about some materials left on their properties.

Another downside we found is the lack of proper communication from Advanced Level Roofing’s Winnipeg location. It doesn’t happen often, though, which is a good thing.

Aulneau Roofing is a BBB-accredited business that serves residential clients in Winnipeg, Rural Manitoba, and Northwest Ontario. Their wide coverage area earns points from us!

They do repairs and installation, even if you need to replace your entire roof! We also like that they work on small or big projects.

Another positive is they provide a SureStart warranty upgrade for their Integrity Roof System, which means the product warranty goes from a ten to a 50-year non-prorated one!

Furthermore, the Integrity Roof System prevents moisture due to the second layer of protection. This is also energy-efficient because it gives the attic proper ventilation.

In addition to that, there are various colours and styles of shingles available! These come in different price points, and we love budget-friendly options here!

A perk they have is discounted rates for roof snow removal during winter months if you’re a roofing client. They will also provide eavestrough and window cleaning for reduced prices—nice, eh?

Our client surveys showed that the Aulneau Roofing crew was highly responsive and consistently provided updates throughout. For a roofing business, we believe this quality is highly valuable.

We did find a drawback, albeit a minor one. Aulneau Roofing doesn’t cater to commercial properties, sadly.

Established in 1997, All Seasons Roofing & Renovations is a BBB-accredited business specializing in roofing and wood fences. They cater to residential and commercial properties.

Their workers are all covered by the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB). This entails that the crew working on your roof is protected in case of worksite accidents.

One of the things we like is they work on small and large projects, from cottages to commercial buildings! For us, that speaks about their expertise in the industry!

Their services are roofing, siding, eavestrough, soffit, and fascia. You can even add a new wood fence to match your new roof.

Conveniently, they offer a wide variety of eavestroughs, fascia cladding, and downspouts in different sizes. They have many in-stock materials, so there’s no need to wait for other suppliers.

Furthermore, they provide different options for roofing such as slope and flat. We also appreciate that they only use roofing installation techniques approved by the manufacturer.

We were quite impressed by the crew’s thorough cleanup process. To ensure a safe area for the homeowners, they will tidy all areas and even use a magnetic broom to gather all the nails.

Another impressive aspect is their competitive prices! The clients we surveyed even mentioned that All Seasons Roofing & Renovations gave them one of the lowest quotes.

It was disappointing, however, to hear some reports about unreturned calls and emails. Also, they don’t accept cash and e-transfers as payment options.

Hart Roofing & Renovations Inc. caters to residential and commercial clients in Winnipeg and its surrounding areas. They are a BBB-accredited business, which we find important as it protects clients regarding complaints.

Their services are roofing installation, re-roofing, and repair. They also offer installation and upgrade of soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and siding.

Their specialization is flat roofing using EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) and modified bitumen systems. Both are long-lasting and effective against water leaks, which we approve of!

While they repair tar and gravel roofs, they don’t offer installation for these. That’s a downside, unfortunately.

On a positive note, they provide preventative and annual maintenance of commercial roofing systems. We were pretty happy to discover that since not all roofing companies on our list offer it.

Aside from protecting homes and commercial establishments, they also prioritize the overall appeal. That’s why they offer various styles and colours of roofing materials that can help increase property value!

We also like their 5-year workmanship guarantee. For us, a long warranty for their handiwork shows trust in their own skills.

Furthermore, their service is pretty impressive because of their quick turnaround times and top-notch work. Plus, clients complimented their thorough cleanups! No nails left behind!
