There would also be no need to juggle a packed schedule with Dzikowicz. The reason is she’s available on Saturdays and Sundays, making your weekend more exciting!

Clemente’s got them in spades when it comes to credentials. Armed with a BSc in Kinesiology, CSEP-CPT, and PN1, his rock-solid knowledge base ensures you’re in expert hands.

But Clemente is relatively new in personal training compared to others since he only started in 2018. While years of experience have its perks, his fresh approach might be exactly what your fitness routine needs.

We’re also glad to share that The Wellness Institute, where Clemente works, is open on weekends. It’s a convenient amenity for clients with no room for weekday training sessions.

That said, we’re also glad to discover that trainees of Clemente remarked on him as a friendly and supportive mentor. It adds an extra dose of motivation and fun to your workout sessions.

Similarly, since the gym is inside the Seven Oaks General Hospital, it offers proximity to bus stops and ample parking space. We like its strategic location because it removes any of your travel worries.

However, it’s a letdown to know that there are a few complaints about overcrowding in the gym and other training facilities. Although this is not a huge issue, we’re hoping they would improve this part for the convenience of their customers.

Lastly, Clemente doesn’t provide virtual training. We think it’s worth sharing since some clients may prefer to train in the comfort of their homes.
