But contrary to this, we heard occurrences of clients having difficulty in booking a consultation or appointment. Most of them are due to booking errors and conflicts in schedule from the surge of clients during peak seasons.

It also doesn’t help that some of estimations they send to clients are past the desired date. We believe that these backlogs also contribute to booking concerns and project delays.

Furthermore, we also noted some product delay issues, which inconvenienced and affected the clients’ schedules.

On a better note, we admire the company’s resolve to cater to any concerns or issues regarding the project — free of charge — thanks to their customer satisfaction guarantee.
