In addition, we noticed that they’re highly communicative and competent. To give you an idea, everyone on the team is responsive to any arising issues and most of the time, they’re already one step ahead, nipping potential risks in the bud before they happen.

We also appreciate their initiative and chemistry in collaborating with architects and developers. Many architects and developers have mentioned that the Charisma team has an impeccable eye for detail, and their design work certainly sets the bar high.

However, we noted some reports regarding some mismatch between the estimates given by the team and the contractor’s estimate. We advise you to go over the team’s suggestions for contractors to have a more accurate match and fit your desired budget.

Regardless, we’re like that Charisma, The Design Experience has been consistently providing quality services over the years and has gained many regulars and referrals.  

Next on our list is Dlux Design and Co who has an impressive network of expert suppliers and manufacturers, allowing them to provide services in full-service projects. Thus, they can make personalized designs and work with relatively specific or unique ideas and requests.

We also like that they provide excellent custom cabinetry services, which include detailed millwork, unique door designs, and custom colours. Thus, it allows them to oversee the design process, production, timeline, and installation of all their cabinetry. 

Another thing we appreciate is their consistent communication, ensuring that you’re always in the loop with the progress and any changes or concerns that need to be discussed. 

It’s also worth noting that they provide accurate timelines for your project, which is crucial if you’re working with a tight schedule. And we have to hand it to them for not cutting corners to stay on schedule — they have an outstanding eye for detail!

All in all, we recommend Dlux Design and Co. for their timely and personalized interior design services.

A stand out about re:Design Studio is their remote services, which means you can still avail of their services in the comfort of your home, given you have the layout of the project space.

For us, their remote services are beneficial, especially if your location is far or meeting up is not doable. From what we heard, clients who have worked with them over calls or emails are happy with the services they received — they’re responsive and efficient!

It’s also a plus in our books that they don’t charge your initial consultation. They don’t dive into the design at this meeting but rather discuss the project with you and get the details for a design estimate.

But just a heads up, they have a small team of interior designers, so scheduling a consultation will take a while. However, they have a “skip the line” option wherein you pay an additional $200 to schedule a one-hour virtual consultation and get access to a designer quickly!

As for their rates, we like that they offer flexible packages that consider your budget and break it into categories. They organize all their estimates into design phases and create a fixed fee for each, making it easier for you to digest and pay during the project.

We applaud their excellent attention to detail, especially when working with clients with specific ideas for the project. 

For instance, their team can achieve a 180-degree transformation of a 90-year-old character home into a modern space while maintaining its interesting architectural features. They successfully transformed a historic residence into a modern family home.

Another thing we like is their excellent attention to detail, which makes every design choice fall right into place without causing conflict with the entirety of the theme or aesthetic.

But, we think their small team of interior designers limits the number of clients they can entertain. Plus, they’re only available on weekdays, so it’s best to contact them and schedule an appointment as soon as you may need their services.
