Men In Kilts brings forth a fun gimmick: cleaning your gutters while wearing kilts. The reason we chose them is because of their experience.

These guys know how to clean residential and commercial properties in Vancouver and Richmond. Aside from their experience cleaning all kinds of gutters, they also offer window and house cleaning and pressure washing.

We also love their equipment because they can reach really high areas. They use strong and high-quality gutter vacuums to make sure the leaves, rodent nests, and other kinds of debris are removed from your gutters.

Plus, we appreciate their inspection camera for those hard-to-see areas. Based on our observations, they’re effective, efficient, and clean—yes, everything is thorough!

They don’t get a perfect score, though, because they’re only available 4 days a week. Their detailed work is worth the wait, honestly. An added perk is their friendly customer service, which was noted by most clients we spoke with.

We like Matt’s Home Services because they’re a one-stop shop for all your exterior house cleaning needs. They offer a lot of services that will keep your roofing system safe and clean, like gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, and snow removal.

We were impressed with their gutter system inspection, which is a method that will protect your gutter in the long run. This offer includes gutter basket installations that will keep debris from clogging your downspouts.

From what we’ve seen, their crew knows how to do a good job! They were very detailed with every service and they worked fast without resorting to quick fixes!

It’s also cool how accessible they are, although they’re unavailable on weekends (a minor downside for busy clients). But these guys are available in Metro Vancouver to residential and commercial clients.

The pricing is competitive, too. It was remarkable how accurate their estimates were, even when there were adjustments in the service.

Established in 2006, Green Grads is a gutter cleaning service in Vancouver that shines for their eco-friendly practices. Their commitment to sustainability is actually one of the reasons we like them.

Their gutter technicians don’t need fancy equipment to do the job properly. They stick to the traditional way of removing debris from the eavestroughs completely by hand, which includes a full maintenance check.

Additionally, they offer an added service called MVP Gutter Cleaning. It’s basically an add-on that will clean your exterior gutter system using a soft bristle brush to ensure it won’t be damaged.

Another awesome feature is that they only use natural cleaning solutions, which are safe for the environment and for your home. All these also result in reasonable prices. Even with their affordable rates, the quality of work we’ve seen is still incredible.

The only downside is that they’re closed on weekends. But it’s not like you have to be home for them to clean your gutters.

One of our favourite things about Shack Shine is their technology for gutter cleaning. They stay safe and effective by using gutter vacuums that can reach high places, minimising the use of ladders.

In addition, their crew only use eco-friendly products and biodegradable solutions to clean your gutters. This ensures no damage will come to your property, which we approve of!

We also approve of the very detailed job they’ve done. From what we’ve seen, they know how to clean the gutter system thoroughly, which is obvious from the before and after photos they always show their clients.

The easy booking system is another plus. Instead of giving you a service window, they’ll provide an exact time so you know when they’ll arrive.

Sadly, there were a few complaints regarding appointments when some failed to show up or inform the clients about schedule changes. The good news is that these issues don’t seem to happen anymore!

Plus, they offer seasonal discounts. If you bundle gutter cleaning with other services, you’ll also get a discount—awesome!

We must mention, though, that there were a couple of times when they responded a little later than usual to some clients. But as a small company, we understand.

Frankly, their service has been efficient overall. They can even come by the next day to check your gutters!
