All Seasons stood out for us since it’s one of the few catering services in Winnipeg with a mobile kitchen. Aside from the fact that the food during the event will be hot and fresh, we like this unique amenity because it provides flexibility to cater to a wide range of venues.

We also like that All Seasons has a varied menu—this because clients wouldn’t have to worry about not getting their desired foods and leaving their guests hungry. From the intimate menu, all-inclusive family style, curated menus to buffets, you’ll certainly have your pick with them!

It’s also worth noting that it has a plant-based menu. We think this deserves appreciation because it shows their effort in accommodating different dietary and food preferences.

Another aspect worth noting in our books is its four-beverage menu types with various charge rates that can accommodate different budgets. Furthermore, clients can be confident in the quality of their services because they have a license from Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries.

And speaking of quality, All Season’s has been operating since 2000. With over two decades of experience under their belt, we’re confident they’re capable of delivering a flawless event.

In addition, unlike other caterers, All Season’s is available 24/7. We like this because they can entertain customers with busy schedules who can only inquire during after-office hours.

Plus, going to All Season’s is easier for guests who prefer to travel by bus. It’s because they’re near Main St., which has several bus stops nearby.

While All Seasons Catering has much to offer, one area they could improve is customer service. It’s because some clients have reported instances of late replies, which we find disappointing since they advertise themselves as having round-the-clock availability.

If you’re looking for a caterer that has it all, Bergmann’s on Lombard is a solid choice! Aside from a wide array of meals, they have a pastry menu that hits every craving, from delightful cakes to tempting tortes and a wide selection of baked goods.

We also like that Bergmann’s also offers audio-visual tech rental. The availability of these event-related services could save you some time from looking at other companies.

Also, Bergmann’s location at the iconic Grain Exchange building in Downtown Winnipeg is noteworthy. We’re glad that besides quality cuisines, they can also provide a space for your shindig!

From our surveys, we noticed that Bergmann’s is known for having an attentive and friendly approach. We commend this level of professionalism because it elevates the experience of the customer and the guests celebrating a special event.

We also appreciate that, unlike others, it has a detailed pricing breakdown of their catering services on their website. Aside from saving time, we also like that it would help avoid confusion on clients’ behalf when the quotation arrives.

These impressive feats aren’t surprising, considering Bergmann’s has been operating since 2001. With such credentials, we know clients will have an event worth remembering.

However, we’ve noted comments that parking at Bergmann’s can be quite tricky, especially if the event has many guests. But, when the food and service are top-notch, a little parking adventure might just be worth it.

Nevertheless, if you’re travelling via public transit,  The nearest bus stop is only two minutes walk from Portage Ave. We’re glad that going to Bergmann’s on foot wouldn’t be as challenging.

King Cole Catering has been in the industry since 1996, and their almost three decades of history truly gives confidence to the customers—and to us! We strongly believe they have the experience to make their event a hit! 

Regarding their food, King Cole has all types of menus–even customizable menus–you would be confident that they got it all. But if you want a unique service, their signature King Cole BBQ is a must-try!

It’s also worth sharing King Cole has a customizable menu featuring vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. We appreciate their effort to cater to every guest’s palate and dietary preferences.

In addition, King Cole steps up with a thoughtful funeral menu for memorial services. We appreciate this because you have a caterer to rely on, even in times of mourning.                                                                                                                                

Parking would be the least of your worries when visiting King Cole because it has ample parking space. We’re also glad their location is accessible to public transport users because they’re near several bus stops.

On the downside, King Cole doesn’t offer a beverage menu for alcoholic drinks. We think this is a bit of a letdown that you might have to arrange your bartender separately. 

Also, King Cole is not available on Tuesdays. Although it’s not a huge dealbreaker, it’s still worth noting to avoid confusion with visiting schedules.

Are you looking for a catering service with a rich history? Luigi’s Catering might be to your taste! 

Luigi’s is a family-owned catering that’s been dishing out delights since 1967. Their over half a century of experience makes them seasoned pros in the Winnipeg catering scene, which is reassuring for clients looking for quality delicacies. 

Also, Luigi’s offers four menus: a deluxe smorgasbord, a dinner menu, and a variety of delicious sandwiches. Although their dishes are less extravagant than others, we like that Winnipegers can have a go-to if they prefer straightforward cuisine.

But one thing to note about Luigi’s is they don’t have themed menus. We consider this a letdown because clients have to search elsewhere instead when they’re looking for a specific culinary adventure.

Another hiccup we found is there are no bus stops near Luigi’s location. It’s a bummer that they’re inaccessible via public transportation because many people prefer this as their mode of travelling.

On the plus side, Luigi’s Catering knows how to make space for you! With ample parking, you can throw away your worries about having to circle the block to leave your wheels.

However, it’s disappointing that there were complaints of discourteous behaviour from Luigi’s staff. We’re hoping they would address this immediately as it could give a negative impression to their clients.

Lastly, we’re quite disappointed to learn that, unlike other caterers, Luigi’s is unavailable for consults on weekends. Although we think it’s understandable since they’re a smaller business, it might cause slight inconvenience to some clients with busy weekdays.

Naleway Caterer’s Ltd. has been satisfying taste buds since 1942, making them one of the oldest caterers in the city. Being one of the catering pioneers in Winnipeg, Naleway’s experience gives them a unique edge.

The variety in Naleway’s seven menu types is equally impressive, which we like because it opens many options for clients. Also, their famous perogies are a must-try since Ukrainian cuisine is their forte.

Another thing we want to highlight is that Naleway accommodates clients remembering their loved ones by offering a funeral menu. Their thoughtful inclusion of a funeral menu showcases their sensitivity and understanding and deserves appreciation.

However, it’s essential to book ahead should you plan a taste-test visit since Naleway is unavailable on Sundays. Although their day off is understandable, this is still worth sharing so you can plan things  well.

On the other hand, Naleway has 24/7 customer service for catering needs. This aspect definitely deserves a plus because it may come in handy when clients want an urgent change in their menu plan!

But, from what we’ve seen, Naleway’s responsive and friendly staff are the icing on top of their service. We like this quality of service as it makes the food preparation stress-free and enjoyable.

Finally, situated conveniently near several bus stops, accessibility to Naleway is a breeze. This factor can be a game-changer for clients who prefer travelling using public transportation.
