Plus, it’s super fast since there’s no need to wait in the insurance office. You can apply for your coverage and get your policy online.

However, during our research, we discovered several complaints regarding poor customer service and communication. It’s a bummer that these resulted in policy cancellations.

On a good note, we do appreciate the personalized coverage you can get, even though there aren’t a lot of discount offers. Still, you can add all the optional coverage you want besides the Ontario mandatory coverage.

You can also receive your online quote in under five minutes, where coverage is as low as $120 a month. It’s handy that you can pick annual or monthly payments based on your needs—plus, you can switch your payment information online without a broker!

Johnson Insurance is loaded with various coverage that can protect you and your wallet during your time on the road. So aside from the mandatory and standard coverage in Ontario, they also have cool offerings.

Their optional car insurance coverage includes accident forgiveness, roadside assistance, autocomfort, and new car protection. All these can assist with your road troubles, which are very convenient.

These guys also have a smart insurance app, where you can manage your policy, submit a claim, and make your payments. When we checked it out, we liked the additional features you can access, such as driving insights and crash assist.

It was a letdown when we heard complaints from some clients regarding poor communication. They mentioned slow responses and getting higher payments without notice.

But we appreciate their offers because you can get multi-vehicle and car + home insurance. These also allow you to save up to 20% on your payments!
