We’ve also heard reports of slow responses to queries, which is understandable as they do have a small team. 

Established in 2006, ALL-PRO Bookkeeping & Consulting Ltd. has been providing bookkeeping services across Calgary and nearby areas.

They offer all accounting functions such as remittances for payroll and GST, job costing and class coding, and payroll services.

We like that they provide customised services. This enables them to design packages that meet the unique needs of each business.

They also offer a standard monthly package for small businesses with a starting rate of $399 per month, which covers all their bookkeeping services.

Acting as a company’s accounting arm would be of great assistance to any business team. This offloads them to do other crucial aspects of their work, especially during critical times of the year.

However, we were just disappointed as they don’t have complimentary meetings. This, we think, would be beneficial to clients who want to explore their services a little bit more.

Although they have a good track record, it wouldn’t hurt to improve their response time in answering client’s queries.

We like that their passion is to help small to medium-sized companies avoid hassles when it comes to regulation by giving them the information they need.

With regards to requesting a quote with them, we appreciate that they have The Bookkeeping Department Estimator. 

Additionally, they will get to know your needs via an online questionnaire. This is a great way for them to recommend the best service for your business.

Aside from that, we were delighted to know that you can select which bookkeeping software you want to use, like Sage50, QuickBooks, and more. This gives the client some space to customise the service to fit their specific needs.

It’s also noteworthy that they provide training for your team in handling bookkeeping tasks. We think that this shows long-term thinking – in the process of assisting you with your needs, they are also empowering you to be able to do it on your own eventually.

However, we were a bit disappointed as they don’t have any service packages for their services. This could be of great use to clients who want a one-stop service for everything that they need when it comes to bookkeeping.

Their payment flexibility deserves highlighting as they accept installments for their services. For smaller companies on a tighter budget, this is a great way for them to have access to their expertise.

Although they provide great services, we were just a little bit disappointed as most of their appointments are set in-person. Some clients may be okay with it, but it would be nice to provide the option to meet online.

Another thing that concerns us is the apparent difficulty in reaching them when following up reports. Some clients mentioned their frustration regarding this, so we hope that they are able to address this issue soon.
