One of the biggest perks here is their NQA Warranty. It’s a five-year, no-questions-asked promise that covers most new treatments with free repair or replacement—no extra cost involved. 

That said, they’re only open on weekdays, so weekend scheduling is out. And even though “Budget” is in the name, some of the motorized options do run on the pricey side.

Regardless, if you’re looking for custom blinds with smart features, strong warranties, and a hassle-free experience, they’re definitely worth checking out.

We also love their flexible consultation process. You can visit their North York showroom to get a feel for the materials in person, or have someone bring samples straight to your home. 

The clients we spoke with also mentioned that installations are usually fast and tidy, and if anything feels off—like a noisy blind—they’re quick to sort it out. That kind of aftercare goes a long way. 

But we do feel a bit iffy after coming across a few mentions about slower follow-ups after installation. So it might be worth sticking around during the final steps to make sure everything’s working the way it should. 

On the bright side, they do offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects, hardware issues, or anything that stops working properly. It’s a nice bit of reassurance that they stand behind their work.

Their zebra blinds are functional; you can easily switch between sheer and opaque settings depending on how much privacy or light you want.

What makes them easy to work with is their all-in-one service. They offer free in-home consultations, upfront quotes, and even delivery and installation at no extra cost.

We also like that all of their blinds come with a limited lifetime warranty that covers defects, mechanical issues, or anything that stops working properly.

There are a couple of hiccups, though. Right now, they focus mainly on roller and zebra styles, so if you’re looking for Roman or cellular shades, you’re out of luck. Their motorized blinds are battery-operated too, so you’ll need to recharge or replace them periodically.

But hey, they’re consistent with both their installations and product quality, making them a strong contender if those styles fit your needs.
