Another positive is there’s a workmanship guarantee in case of installation and repair errors. We highly appreciate this since this can ease your mind about having proper services.

At the same time, they offer siding systems for added functionality and appeal. These many options are excellent for each homeowner, in our opinion.

They also have reasonable prices, to which the people we surveyed all agreed upon. Besides that, many like that A. Clark offers monthly payments – a plus for convenience! 

Unfortunately, there were some customer service complaints. Some told us about the unresponsiveness regarding estimates, which we found quite disappointing.

Some also received incorrect estimates and paid much higher than expected. The way we see it, this can be troublesome for clients on a budget.

On a good note, the technicians provided excellent service. They gave good-quality installation and repair, which we credit to their years of experience in the industry.

One of the things we like about this company is their focus on client satisfaction. They ensure a personal approach on each job, with the owners visiting the site most of the time.

We also appreciate that they have an online portfolio, which not many vinyl siding companies in Edmonton have. This is a plus for us because this feature gives a glimpse of their work quality, which can benefit potential clients.

They’ve also recently launched an online design visualiser. We think this is a convenient and nifty way of envisioning your home with the vinyl type and colour you prefer.

We were impressed by their vast selection of materials despite them being a small company. They even carry James Hardie, one of the leading siding materials in Canada!

Additionally, they have different vinyl types that are perfect for Edmonton’s weather. We found it notable that the owners of this company are Edmontonians, giving them first-hand knowledge of the city’s weather.

We noticed that Blue Jay Exterior Renovations received a lot of praise for top-notch jobs. Many people we surveyed liked their workmanship, and some even said it exceeded their expectations.

Many also praised the crew for their professional and helpful approach. The comments on their cleanup was great, too, which we appreciate because it shows respect for their clients’ properties.

However, we would like to see details on the workmanship warranty. With this, potential clients can feel at ease in case of damage or poor installation.

Since Blue Jay Exterior Renovations is a small company, getting a quick and preferred appointment may be a tad difficult. We’re a bit downcast about their small team, and potential clients may not easily get their preferred schedule, especially in busy months.

On the other hand, we find it convenient that their operating hours finish later than other vinyl companies in Edmonton. For us, this gives Blue Jay an edge on availability!

We appreciate that the team here prioritises safety, an aspect that gives clients peace of mind throughout the process. They make sure to be fully equipped, too!

In fact, Zeebee’s Siding has CORE (Certification of Recognition of Safety Compliance) certification. We think it’s notable that they also ensure each employee complies with the proper safety standards.

Another thing we appreciate is that they ensure the products they offer can withstand any weather. It’s no secret that Edmonton goes through extreme weather, so we commend them for using products made for the city’s climate.

Consequently, we like the quality look of their materials. For instance, their work transforms the house’s exterior to look elegant, regardless of whether the property’s big or small.

The clients we talked with approve of the workmanship, too. Many mentioned that they were impressed with the finished look of the vinyl sidings.

In addition, we like that Zeebee’s has many colour and style choices. Some mentioned that their staff was able to find the exact match of their existing siding.

However, we were slightly disappointed to hear there were complaints about customer service. For instance, some clients mentioned they take a while to return emails and calls.

Also, we’d also like to see an improvement when handling client complaints regarding unsatisfactory work. Nonetheless, we’d like to point out that only a small percentage of their many clients encountered such issues. 

We still find it commendable that while some clients encountered hiccups in their projects, Zeebee’s Siding delivered satisfying results.
