Ray’s Asbestos Removal didn’t disappoint us. When we looked at their credentials and checked their process, we noted they’re good at compliance, ensuring everything was handled properly before they started working.

Overall, we liked how their team was always on top of everything, from inspection to cleanup. It was incredible to see a group working diligently and on time to ensure everything went smoothly.

It’s also worth noting that they offer a lot of handy services for removing hazards, like lead abatement, mould remediation, demolition, and renovation. Plus, they accept residential and commercial jobs, allowing them to cater to more clients. It’s quite unfortunate that they don’t specialise in industrial properties. 

On the upside, their prices are competitive, especially when compared to other services in the area. Plus, they’re open six times a week!

As for their services, they offer the necessary ones you’ll need for asbestos removal, such as demolition and hazardous waste disposal. While these are helpful, we think they’re still lacking when compared to other companies in the area.

On the other hand, we love how their team knows how to provide the proper service. They were punctual, well-coordinated, and efficient—just professional, overall!

Plus, we appreciate their thorough cleanups. Many of their past clients we surveyed applauded them for cleaning up afterwards, and this was also done very quickly!

It’s also worth mentioning that they provide competitive rates. This surprised us because, for the quality of service, they weren’t ridiculously expensive at all! Their quotations were accurate as well, which is awesome for tight budgets!

Even though Coastal Demolition is more of a construction company, they still offer hazardous material abatement, making them an all-in-one solution!

We appreciate that they can provide exactly what you need and more. Aside from asbestos removal, they offer lead removal, mould remediation, demolition, excavation, and air monitoring.

They also impressed us when we did our surveys. Most clients loved their overall service since they were on time, knowledgeable, and followed all protocols, ensuring a safe and smooth service.

These guys are also very accessible—open six days a week and accept small and large-scale jobs. They also have a wide service area since they work on homes and commercial properties in Vancouver and its surrounding areas.

We’re just iffy that they weren’t always quick when responding to queries. But that’s not exactly a common issue, and we noticed it happens when they’re swamped with jobs, so it’s fine—they always work right on schedule anyway.

We love how Progressive Environmental makes things easy for Vancouverites who need to renovate or build a home. They specialise in pre-construction services, including asbestos testing and abatement.

It’s also noteworthy that these guys also provide hazardous material testing (if you feel like there are other toxic substances in your property), demolition, and deconstruction services.

Even though Progressive Environmental focuses on residential properties, they still work on commercial buildings. 

As for their services, we observed that these guys are fantastic at what they do. Their team was responsive from start to finish, took the time to explain every process with their clients, and finished the job on time.

Additionally, they were flexible with their time, even squeezing in some clients into their busy schedule. That makes up for being closed on weekends, especially if you add their 24/7 emergency services!

All aspects considered, we weren’t surprised that they have a wide range of clientele, including those on Vancouver Island!
