Pumpkins After Dark Spooks the Grounds of Edmonton This Fall 2025
Boo! It’s that time of the year again when spooktacular days are back in Edmonton!
For the month of October, Pumpkins After Dark returns with boo-tifully frightening nights, displaying over 10,000 hand-carved pumpkins at Borden Park.
Residents, visitors, witches, wizards, and zombies are invited to this award-winning walkthrough to celebrate Halloween! The approximately 1 km pathway will be filled with these illuminated sculptures.
Anticipate seeing popular Halloween legends, movie characters, pop culture icons, and various fictional entities, all made with pumpkins! The whole experience features lights and sounds for a more interactive display.

All ages are welcome, even the little ones. There are no jump scares the whole time, even when you pass by spooky Halloween villains.
After your 1–2 hours on the trail, scoot to the food trucks for some snacks and drinks. You’ll replenish your energy on some carnival-type food, like hot dogs and popcorn!
Pumpkins After Dark runs from September 26th through the end of October, but note that it’s open on select dates only.
