5 Best T-Shirt Printing Shops in Winnipeg That Bring Your Ideas to Life

Turnaround Times: I focused on print shops known for completing orders on time, especially for events, teams, and other deadline-heavy projects.

Design Support: I looked for businesses that help clean up artwork, adjust low-resolution files, and make sure logos print clearly on fabric.

Order Flexibility: I considered shops that can handle both small custom requests and large commercial runs, with pricing options that work for different budgets.

Local Access: I prioritized businesses with physical locations in Winnipeg, making it easier to coordinate orders, pick up prints, and discuss design details in person.

Last year, I had to sort out shirts for a group event, and I figured it would be as simple as sending a logo and picking a size.

Well, of course, it wasn’t. One shop was slow to respond, another quoted unclear prices, and I kept imagining our tees showing up late with crooked prints when I saw another shop’s portfolio.

That’s when I learned that custom apparel needs more than a cheap quote. You need people who communicate well, print clean designs, and don’t treat your deadline like a suggestion.

Good thing Winnipeg has solid local options for that!

Here are the best T-shirt printing shops in Winnipeg for gear you’ll actually be proud to wear.

How much does t-shirt printing cost in Winnipeg?

T-shirt printing in Winnipeg usually costs around $14 to $30 per piece for small orders, depending on the design, shirt style, and printing method.

Bulk orders are cheaper, with medium runs often ranging from $8 to $13 per shirt, while large orders of 100+ tees can cost about $5 to $12 each.

1. Floodway Print Co

Website: https://www.floodwayprintco.com/

Address: 401, 290 McDermot Ave, 4th floor

Contact: Get a Quote

Hours: Tue to Fri 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Floodway Print Company Co makes custom shirts less like a gamble, especially if you’re unsure how your design will look on fabric.

Digital mockups are their big strength, giving you a high-resolution preview to approve before paying a cent.

When I visited their Exchange District studio, founder and production manager Cory Beal explained how their workflow keeps projects accurate and moving quickly.

They also include up to 30 minutes of free artwork help, which is useful for cleaning up pixelated logos or rough files.

I like that their pricing stays straightforward, with no sneaky charges for standard screen printing steps like base ink layers.

Still, they require at least 25 pieces per garment style or colour. Customer-supplied blanks also aren’t eligible for refunds or credits if printing errors happen.

Pros

  • High-resolution mockups before any payment
  • Free artwork help for rough files
  • Clear pricing with no hidden charges
  • Accurate workflow guided by production manager

Cons

  • Minimum 25 pieces per style
  • Supplied blanks aren’t refund eligible

I’ve worked with Floodway for a number of years to get shirts printed for summer camp. My experience has been nothing but pleasurable. The team provides quick service and high quality work at a very fair price.

Made for custom apparel orders that need a little extra hand-holding, PrintedShirts.ca is a reliable choice if you don’t want to guess your way through production.

They offer built-in artwork support, so blurry or pixelated images can be cleaned up before printing; super useful if your logo file isn’t exactly print-ready.

I also like that they keep budgeting simple with instant online quotes for thousands of garments. Before anything reaches the press, they email a final proof too, so you can approve the design first.

From what we’ve seen, many customers have praised their screen-printing output, which is built to last and holds up through repeated washes without cracking, peeling, or fading.

Just note that they’re better for group orders, since minimums usually start at 12 to 18 pieces. Free shipping isn’t always included either.

Pros

  • Helpful artwork support before printing starts
  • Instant online quotes simplify budgeting

  • Durable prints withstand repeated washing

3. Stoke Screen Printing

stoke-screen-printing

Website: https://www.winnipegscreenprinting.com/

Address: 100-1079 Wellington Avenue

Contact: 204 504 6227 | [email protected]

Hours: Mon to Fri 10am – 6pm

Stoke Screen Printing in Wellington Avenue does more than handle bulk apparel jobs. Unlike many commercial printers, they have a small-order department for runs under 10 items.

Their setup is ideal if you only need one or two custom shirts for a personal project, gift, or small event.

What stood out to me is the hands-on support. Co-owners Gavin Barrett and Joel Baker work directly with clients to match the budget, deadline, and design vision.

Their apparel catalogue is also extensive, with plenty of blank clothing styles and decoration options such as embroidery and digital printing.

Of course, no shop is perfect. Their standard turnaround time is around 10 business days, which may feel slow for urgent orders.

Rush service may be available, but it depends on their schedule and usually adds an extra fee.

Pros

  • Small order department handles orders under 10 items
  • Great for gifts and personal projects
  • Owners provide hands-on client support
  • Wide apparel and decoration options

Cons

  • Standard turnaround takes 10 business days
  • Rush service costs extra when available

4. Everyline Designs

everyline-designs

Website: https://everylinedesigns.com/

Address: Unit 1 – 1790 Main Street

Contact: 204-414-2052

Hours: By Appointment Only

Everyline Designs is a handy choice for custom apparel, especially when you’re working with a tight deadline or only need a few pieces.

Unlike many shops that require large quantities, they have no minimum-order requirement. That means you can print a single tee without paying for extras you don’t need.

They also offer bulk discounts starting at two pieces, which helps if you’re placing a small group order. You can even bring your own blank garments, giving you more say over the final look.

A friend of mine used them for a rushed event, and the shirt was ready for pickup the next day. That quick turnaround makes them useful for gifts, team tops, and short-notice projects.

Just note that visits are by appointment only. They’re also strict about design files and won’t print copyrighted, trademarked, or explicit content.

Pros

  • No minimum order rule required
  • Next-day pickup for rushed projects
  • Bulk discounts start at two pieces
  • Customers can bring blank garments

Cons

  • Studio visits are by appointment only
  • Strict rules on submitted design files

5. Instant Imprints Polo Park

Website: https://locations.instantimprints.com/mb/winnipeg/polo-park

Address: 305E Madison Street

Contact: (204)415-5444 | [email protected]

Hours: Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm

This Polo Park provider makes a strong impression as a one-stop hub for branding for local business owners and event organizers.

Beyond custom apparel, Instant Imprints also handles signs, banners, and paper prints, making it easier to coordinate a full event setup in one place.

Their t-shirt decoration options are flexible too, covering direct-to-garment printing, heat transfers, lettering, and traditional screen printing.

I especially like the hands-on support: you can work with a local representative on your design files and visit their showroom to see the fabrics in person before ordering.

Of course, they’re not a highly specialized t-shirt shop, since they offer many commercial printing services. The consultation-based process can also take more time if you need something quick and simple.

Pros

  • One-stop hub for branding materials
  • Offers apparel, signs, and banners
  • Flexible t-shirt decoration methods available
  • Showroom lets clients check fabrics

Cons

  • Not focused solely on t-shirts
  • Consultations may slow simple orders

Responsive, professional, and always quick to reply

We needed 8 custom sleeveless tees—complete with our team logo on the front and individual names/numbers on the back—within just one week. Timi at Instant Imprints Polo Park was fantastic to work with: responsive, professional, and always quick to reply. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. We were pleasantly surprised by the final product—comfortable, great-quality fabric (not cheap or flimsy), and a real head-turner. Everyone on the team was thrilled. Very reasonably priced too, highly recommend.

Great service

Great service. Phoned them on Easter Sunday, which the surprisingly answered. I requested a custom logo printed on 7 shirts by Wednesday evening. They said to email the design which I did shortly after. Monday morning they replied confirming details. Monday late afternoon they sent the invoice. I paid and plan to pick up the shirts in a couple days.
