La Bella Spa looks just like your regular wellness destination. But once the treatment starts, you’ll realise that you’re in for an utterly relaxing session—the kind that will scream, “goodbye stress!”
The place isn’t the most upscale, but it’s simple and comfortable. It prioritises good customer service (honestly, we felt at ease), relaxing treatments, reasonable prices, and value for money.
It’s your urban wellness sanctuary, offering a wide array of treatments packed with relaxation and rejuvenation, such as facials, massages, and even eyelash services. We recommend looking into the spa packages for a face and body pampering session.
Pro Tip:
If there aren’t parking slots left in front of the spa, head north of Richter Street on Leon Avenue or Lawrence Avenue for two hours of free parking.

Located inside the Grand Okanagan Resort, the Damara Day Spa is your hidden oasis in an urban retreat. It’s all about relaxing treatments that will introduce your body to luxury wellness.
It’s exactly the place to pamper yourself, given the many treatments from head to toe! There’s something for the kids as well, should they need a mini pampering session, including facials and manicures.
The Deluxe Signature Facials are gentle but will remove all the dirty stuff on your face. Elevate it by getting the Oxygeneo Super Facial for a youth-restoring treatment.
Pro Tip:
Since online bookings aren’t confirmed, we suggest setting up a backup date in case your original schedule is taken.

For individuals who want to indulge in deep relaxation, a visit to Room and Pillar Spa is a must! This is not your average spa in Kelowna, but it offers salt therapy as a natural way to reduce inflammation and improve breathing—it’s not just about beauty!
Apart from the relaxing spa treatments, the highlight is the Himalayan Salt Cave, which is enclosed with Himalayan salt and provides halotherapy that will expose you to a healing salt air. It’s a magical way to get some health benefits!
Our recommendation? A couple’s massage inside the salt cave for a full-on holistic treatment. There’s a bit of romance added to this package, as you can enjoy a glass of bubbly and some treats made in the Okanagan!
Pro Tip:
Arrive at least 10 minutes early if you’re getting the salt cave session. If you’re late, you won’t get to enjoy your full time slot to make way for the next person.

If you’re searching for a spa in Kelowna that uses organic products, Namaste Day Spa should be on your list. It uses Eminence Organic Skin Care, a green company that utilises natural and safe ingredients.
This is also the spot if you’re planning a day full of relaxing treatments. There are various services offered that include massages, facials, and pedicures.
It’s natural to gravitate towards the Eminence Organic Facials to address your skin concerns. There are a lot of services, actually, but we enjoyed the Spa Sampler, a two-hour treatment that includes a massage and scrub.

Cleopatra’s Rituals is a tranquil escape where you’ll find ancient spa practices blend seamlessly with modern indulgence. Organic products are at the forefront of this place, where products are derived from natural resources.
Once you set foot in this spa, you’ll be greeted by luxury with a calming presence. Even more so when you walk into the custom European sauna and steam room, a relaxing spot to heal and unwind.
The Thermal Rituals deliver complete relaxation for the whole body. Here, you’ll have 90 minutes to let go of stress during your heat sessions, then have a refreshing time at the snow room (the first of its kind in BC) to reduce inflammation.
A unique offering we don’t normally see in other spas in Kelowna is the Scalp Spa Rituals, which uses advanced techniques and nature-based products for scalp care. And no, you won’t leave with wet hair because there’s a blow-dry station.
Pro Tip:
If you want a full-on relaxing time at the spa, purchase the thermal area access. Not all services include the Thermal Rituals.

It’s safe to say that The Solo Esthetocs is a spa that you’ll love if you want to achieve glowing skin. It specialises in skincare treatments, mostly facials, to cleanse and exfoliate the skin.
It’s also a must-visit if you love supporting Canadian and eco-friendly businesses! It uses ēcōMD, a toxin-free and cruelty-free skincare that ensures your skin is only absorbing clean products. And you can see the results the moment you leave the shop!
The Signature Facial is a 3-in-1 treatment that will remove dead skin cells, exfoliate, and nourish your skin. We recommend combining this with a one-hour massage for a face-to-body indulgence!
Better yet, book the facial with a 15-minute massage add-on for cheaper. Then, get the LED light therapy add-on for an anti-ageing treatment.
Pro Tip:
Look out for monthly promos for discounts or complimentary add-ons. You can find these on Instagram or on the booking site.

There’s nothing quite like a spa day at Löyly, a floating sauna in the downtown marina. You’re literally relaxing on the Okanagan Lake, where you can experience a hot and cold cycle to eliminate toxins and promote blood circulation.
It starts by spending 5 to 15 minutes in the sauna, then a quick dip in the plunge pool, taking a few moments of rest, and repeating the cycle two or three times. It’s simple, really, but the effects are rejuvenating and calming.
Add that to the views of the lake, and your spa day is golden! There’s a bit of a magical element when it’s drizzling, as you can hear the sounds of nature with the raindrops hitting the lake.
Pro Tips:
Bring two towels and a water bottle (non-glass) to avoid purchasing on site.
Remember to visit the washroom before you enter the spa because the facility doesn’t have a bathroom. You don’t want to feel like you have to pee once you’re in the pool!
