What impressed us about Real Blue Roofing, a company in Ontario, is their wide coverage area in Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, and the surrounding cities. They are conveniently available any day of the week!

We like that they offer a wide array of services, including roofing repair and replacement, exhaust vent installation, skylight installation, ventilation issue services, and custom metal flashings. 

They specialize in residential roofing. However, the downside is they don’t offer commercial services.

On a good note, we appreciate that they provide same-day repairs, which is particularly helpful for clients who need to replace missing shingles. We commend them for making this service available not only in Brampton but in the nearby cities, too!

We just hope they could add emergency repairs sometime in the future. We think it’s the only missing service from them!

Notably, they are a preferred contractor member by Owens Corning, a manufacturer of roofing materials. The positive aspect of this is that the manufacturer backs their material warranty.

Additionally, we like that they still use other brands of shingles, so you can choose your preferred one. We appreciate the choices they give their clients, earning points from us!

One of our favourite aspects, aside from the competitive rates, is they don’t take any deposits. You will only pay once the Real Blue Roofing team finishes the job, which we believe adds to their transparency!

Let’s not forget to commend their crew, who thoroughly cleaned up the properties they worked on. For us, that shows a lot of respect for their clients.

The incredible aspect we found about B-Cheema Roofing is their experience in the industry. They have been around for an impressive three decades since 1989!

We like their coverage area, catering to residential and commercial clients in Vancouver and the lower mainland area. Plus, they have a large team of over 50 professionals, which we think allows them to accept more projects.

As for their services, they provide re-roofing, maintenance, and full roof analysis for real estate inspections. While we appreciate their services, it’s just a tad limited compared to other roofing services on our list.

Moreover, they provide roof removal and replacement for various types of shingles, whether they’re made out of wood or asphalt fibreglass. A feature we really like!

A standout service is their emergency roof repairs, which come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee! It’s a pretty helpful service, especially before strong weather forecasts in BC to keep your remaining roof shingles safe!

Speaking of guarantees, we appreciate that they offer five or ten-year warranties on labour. In addition, they offer up to 50 years of material warranty!

It helps a lot that their workmanship is excellent! The clients we conversed with praised B-Cheema Roofing for their exceptional service and commitment to the roofing shingles projects!

They are closed on Sundays, though. But we think they make up for it since they’re available on Saturdays!

Racka Roofing is a Manitoba company with a wide service area, one of our favourite things about them. They cater to the areas of Winnipeg, Steinbach, Northwest Ontario, and rural areas in Manitoba!

We highly appreciate their wide range of clientele. For more than 40 years, they have catered to residential and commercial clients for all their roofing needs, from repairs to replacement.

One of their specializations is shingles roofing, which earns them points from us due to their expertise. They primarily work with fibreglass laminated shingles, a durable option because they can last for decades—worth the money, eh?

Not to worry if that’s not your preference because they also provide cedar roofing. It’s also durable and can enhance the look of your home due to the cottage style it adds to the home.

In addition, we commend them for carrying many brands of shingles, including Owens Corning, IKO, and CertainTeed. Not only that, but they also offer various colours to match your home!

We want to highlight the impeccable workmanship quality and great attention to detail. Plus, Racka Roofing’s thorough cleanups are a major plus!

Unfortunately, they don’t offer emergency services. They are also unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays, which means reduced points for availability.

Montreal Roofers has over 30 years of business experience in residential and commercial roofing, making them highly qualified, eh? We like that they focus mainly on exterior services, which definitely caught our attention.

Aside from roofing shingles, they repair and install siding, gutters, brickwork, skylights, windows, doors, and ventilation! Whew! That’s a tonne of services.

What stands out the most is their focus on Tesla solar shingles, a technology that reduces utility expenses—a smart choice! In addition to that, these can effortlessly blend into your roof, maintaining its aesthetic appeal.

Furthermore, we were delighted by the array of aesthetic options they have. The available Tesla solar shingle styles are slate, smooth, Tuscan, and textured glass.

Another aspect we like is their seasonal roofing services. They offer snow removal to prevent your roof from collapsing due to heavy weight, which is essential as solar roof shingles can’t generate energy when covered in snow.

Plus, they are available for emergency roofing services. Not all roofing shingle companies offer that, so we were pleasantly surprised!

However, there were occurrences of delayed arrivals, with a few even showing up the following day. This issue isn’t too concerning, given their weekend availability.

As for the prices, Tesla solar roofing shingles come with a higher initial cost. Fortunately, Montreal Roofers also offer fibreglass asphalt and wood shingles, providing more choices.

Bulldozer Roofing serves Edmonton and its surrounding areas. They grabbed our interest due to their BBB accreditation with an A+ rating, ensuring top-tier customer service.

One of the things we really like is their availability, which is seven days a week! On top of that, they offer emergency roof repairs, which is a reliable aspect before extreme weather conditions in Alberta.

They offer residential repair and replacement of roofing shingles, focusing on laminated fibreglass. They even promise to finish the job in just a couple of days.

In fact, our client surveys showed that they were highly efficient, resulting in fast turnaround times. They were also impressive due to the cleanup process!

As their focus is solely on residential clients, they are not available to commercial clients. For us, that’s a minor drawback that limits their availability.

On the bright side, we like that they provide additional roofing services, including gutter, soffit, and fascia repair and installation. They still have a limited selection than others, though.

But we appreciate Bulldozer Roofing for their roof snow removal service, keeping your shingles (and home) from potential damage caused by excessive weight. That’s an essential service since icicles can loosen shingles, so we grant them points for this!
