However, we’re concerned about the complaints of numerous clients of feeling overpriced or baffled by its rates. Although many patrons are happy with its overall service, we hope it posts its flat rates on its website to minimize those instances.

Lastly, Mr. Rooters also has a membership plan, which would be handy for customers whose homes or businesses have intricate plumbing systems that need regular maintenance.

Shorty’s Plumbing & Heating Inc. is one of the seasoned plumbers because it’s been operating since 1983. With over three decades of business experience, we’re confident it has quality workmanship.

Speaking of which, Shorty’s has three plumbing services, which mostly revolve around general plumbing. Although it’s not a huge problem, we think its lack of amenities could be a hindrance if you’re looking for a specialized job.

Still, we’re glad it has four other services, such as heating, backhoe service, and home energy evaluation, which would be of great use, especially in home maintenance or plumbing system improvement.

Moving forward, it’s also worth noting that Shorty’s is unavailable on weekends, unlike other plumbers. We consider this a letdown because clients who are only available on Saturdays on Sundays won’t be able to hire it.

Nevertheless, we greatly appreciate that its emergency services are available 24/7. For us, this feature deserves a plus point because it’s reassuring that it can address any

The Pleasant Plumber Inc. (TPP) is one of the round-the-clock plumbers in Winnipeg. Its 24/7 availability is reassuring because clients can rest easy that a professional would immediately address any plumbing emergencies.

On that note, we also like that customers who encountered a plumbing issue after office hours wouldn’t have to worry about additional fees because TPP has no overtime fees–a relieving amenity!

Meanwhile, TPP has eight plumbing services to offer. Among these, the most noteworthy is the rooting services, which are handy for a better plumbing system since it helps minimize land corrosion.

TPP has numerous brands of toilets and other bath fixtures, including Toto, Danze, and American Standard, which are available on its website. We appreciate small gestures like this because it saves clients from putting in guesswork.

Moving forward, TPP also offers a membership program for customers that we think is a handy and solid investment if you prefer a plumbing system in tip-top shape.

But compared to other plumbers in Winnipeg, TPP is younger since it only started in 2017. We consider this a slight drawback since quality skill is a result of years and years of experience.

Still, we’re glad many of TPP’s customers are satisfied with the staff’s quick response and turnaround rate. They also mentioned that the plumbers are friendly and approachable–essential for smooth client-worker communication.

We Love Plumbing’s (WLP) qualifications, such as passing the backflow prevention test and confined space training. We find these reassuring because it means it upholds itself to its industry standard.

On a related note, we also like that its staff received training in first aid. Although it rarely happens, we still think it’s a practical skill in cases where plumbing accidents result in injuries that need immediate attention.

That said, WLP is available even on weekends should you have any plumbing emergency. Although we appreciate this feature, it’s a letdown that its general services are only available from Mondays to Fridays.

Another aspect that we think WLP fell off is its range of plumbing services because most of it revolves around bathroom fixtures and fixing sump pumps and hot water tanks. Customers with a more complex commission may find these a bit restricting.

WLP is also relatively younger since it only started in 2020. Despite lacking experience compared to its fellow plumbers in Winnipeg, we think budding craftsmen have something new to offer and deserve our chance!

Still, we appreciate that WLP’s subscription rates are on its website. We appreciate this small gesture because interested customers could save time instead of inquiring via phone or email.

Lastly, it’s worth noting that Winnipeggers who availed of WLP were happy with its overall services. The staff’s on-time arrival and understandable way of explaining the situation also played a role in their satisfactory experience–something we think is commendable!

Roto-Rooter (RR) is one of the oldest plumbers in Winnipeg because it’s been operating since 1935. We’re confident about RR because its almost a millennium of experience speaks volumes about the consistency and quality of its services.

Even though RR it’s an old-timer, we appreciate that it’s been using updated and environment-friendly methods. For us, its hydro excavation is its most practical and eco-friendly service because it has lesser backfill and environmental impact than its traditional counterpart.

RR has 16 plumbing services, which include water damage restoration for floods, basement floods, etc. We find these services noteworthy and functional for clients with buildings that experienced deterioration due to a faulty plumbing system.

We also find it reassuring and commendable that emergencies or other plumbing concerns would not go under RR’s radar because of its 24/7 availability.

However, it’s a letdown that RR has issues with its customer service based on several reports of unattended appointments and unanswered phone calls. Hopefully, they could improve this aspect so clients can have a better experience with them.

On the other hand, clients who experienced RR’s plumbing service are satisfied mainly because of the workers’ friendliness and eagerness to respond to their questions, which is a commendable work attitude!

We like their dedication to quality workmanship and delivery of timely services, as evidenced by the many satisfied customers they have.

A number of their clients have worked with them for more than one instance and they’re happy each time the team at Universal Plumbing & Heating come to their homes to work on a concern.

We think it’s great that they go above and beyond for their clients and get things done in a timely manner.

We have, however, received feedback that there were instances where they finished a job but left it untidy and dirty.

On the whole though, we highly recommend them!
