From what we’ve seen, their event coordinator doesn’t just leave you hanging. They help you pick the perfect photographer so you don’t settle for the first one you see.

Plus, what’s even more impressive about their approach is their knack for creative design and their willingness to listen to your ideas and suggestions.

We appreciate that they offer tips and tricks to help you look relaxed on camera and give you posing ideas during the session. 

On top of this, we’re impressed by their editing skills, smoothing out blemishes, wrinkles, and skin tonality and refining clothing and body shapes, all while keeping it real and natural. You wouldn’t want to look like a filter, eh?

It’s also a plus in our books that they provide on-set touch-ups for your shoot, from beauty packages to wardrobe services, saving you the stress of going around to get ready. 

However, we’re quite iffy about reports regarding the lack of communication, especially with booking confirmations or reschedulings. We advise you to call them if you don’t receive anything within 24 hours.

We also think it’s quite a shame that they don’t offer event photography, so expect that you’ll only be able to do in-studio photoshoots with King Street.

Fortunately, King Street is open seven days a week, so you can set a suitable schedule without jeopardizing your working hours. 

Finally, should you consider their services, you can check their rates on their website since they offer different price points. A minimal package with one final edited image and up to 20-minute studio sessions will only cost you $130 — which is quite a steal!

A stand out about David Chang Photography is they specialize in professional headshots for your visual brand identity. To name a few, David takes LinkedIn headshots, branding portraits, corporate photography and real estate headshots.

We appreciate that he has a team of experts to help you with any photoshoot. For instance, there’s an in-house hair and makeup artist to help you get ready for your session without having to go through the hassle of searching for a third-party service.

And for those who aren’t good with being in front of the camera, we like that they provide guidance and directions to give you that professional-esque pose.

But, just a heads up, there have been reports of slow turnaround times, with some having to wait over a month before they get a hold of their headshots.

We also think they should improve their communication, especially with follow-ups on photos and post-service concerns.

On a positive note, they have affordable rates and discount packages, such as a LinkedIn package for just $195 to a three-look premium headshot package costing only $295. For perspective, some studios charge around $200 to $500 for simple headshots.
