With over 30 years of experience, Urbantec knows the ins and outs of condo property management. They’re pretty much fluent in things like local regulations, vendor networks, and condo challenges in Calgary!

Speaking of tenants, we also feel reassured that they do thorough tenant screenings; think background, credit, and reference checks. And if you need new ones, we have to give props to their high-impact marketing, such as pro photos, compelling listings, and ads across platforms.
However, they don’t have an in-house team for repairs or maintenance to jump into action quickly. Still, their network of contractors and technicians has proven to be incredibly reliable.

From what we’ve heard, they’re transparent with their financial management and rent collection. Condo boards and unit owners have benefited because they’re presented with clear reports of income, expenses, and can plan budgeting for reserve funds or repairs accordingly.
We also learned that attracting and approving the right tenants plays a crucial role in the success of your business. So, it’s great that they run a tight ship when it comes to screening tenants, preserving harmony among residents and protecting the property.
Though we do hope they give the same energy in picking up or returning calls, since some clients have pointed out that they would have trouble reaching the management team.
The good news is that they do provide 24-hour emergency services for urgent needs, repairs, and tenant concerns.
