Tidy Hali is a small business, but don’t let that fool you. They may not have the biggest team, but their cleaning service is clean as a whistle.

From what we’ve seen, they don’t stop until they’ve finished the job properly. They’re flexible as well, since they accommodate clients with pets and offer flat-rate and hourly services for homes that don’t require a full-on cleaning.

They’re one of the best for residential cleaning, since their services focus on general cleaning. Their services don’t have a wide reach, though, considering they don’t cater to commercial properties and their offerings are limited to general and moving cleans.

Since they have a small team, there are limited openings per week. Still, they manage to cover a wide area in Halifax, including Claytom Park West and Cow Bay, without additional travel fees.

They’re worth the wait, anyway. Their cleaning services are priced accordingly—overall, an extensive cleaning and a team that’s easy to communicate with.

It’s impressive that Molly Maid, which is open daily, started out small and managed to expand across the region. Their franchise in Halifax is one of our top cleaning services because they provide peace of mind.

One example is their range of services, which is extensive. They’ve got everything covered, from one-time to seasonal cleaning that’s so thorough, they include washing all non-carpeted flooring and spot cleaning.

A service that stands out is their Cleaning for Seniors, which sounds easy enough, but they elevate it by customising the service to the client’s needs. And based on the people we spoke with, they were respectful and accommodating.

Most of all, we appreciate their use of green products to ensure the safety of clients and their pets. Aside from bio-based solutions, their supplies are biodegradable to ensure eco-friendly cleaning in Halifax.

But not everything’s rosy. There were a couple of reports about late arrivals and inaccurate quotations, which could’ve been avoided with better communication. 

Nevertheless, they see things through by providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee, in case the service isn’t up to par.

When we talk about reliable cleaners in Halifax, Suds Home Cleaning is, unsurprisingly, on the list. They get the job done the right way, and they know how to provide solid customer service.

Judging by what we’ve seen, they’re easy to talk to and have an incredible eye for detail. They left no stone unturned, as clients noted the spotless jobs and fresh-looking space after the cleaning was done.

Their services are for regular and deluxe cleaning. Basically, these provide the proper cleaning for one-time clients and for recurring customers.

They get a 5/5 for their thorough jobs, but the catch is that they’re only for residential clients. Sadly, they’re a bit more limited than other cleaning services in Halifax, so not everyone will get to experience this all-out cleanup.

The availability is another hiccup, given that they’re a small team that cannot accommodate too many bookings. Then again, they can squeeze in new clients as long as there’s availability.

Honestly, they’re worth the wait. They’re one of the most reasonably priced services we found in the area, too!

Did not cut corners and left the palace spotless

They also have a wide reach across the HRM, making them accessible to many clients. But despite being a bigger company than others, they still don’t cater to commercial cleaning needs.

On a positive note, their services are anything but limited. They’re available for one-time and ongoing cleaning, as well as for move-in/move-out and spring cleaning—apart from the add-ons for specific areas that need to be scrubbed and wiped.

But the highlight is their enhanced disinfection services, which go beyond mopping and scrubbing. Their cleaners will disinfect your place to remove harmful bacteria for a totally clean space!

Slots are limited, unfortunately, since they’re closed on weekends. Booking is a walk in the park, nonetheless, and most clients loved how accommodating the team was in finding an available spot at the last minute.
