On the downside, accessibility isn’t the best during urgent situations. Although we appreciate their Saturday availability, they’re unfortunately closed on Sundays.

In a world full of companies who don’t care, I loved so many things about dealing with John’s Chimney Service. The phone was answered promptly, the woman was pleasant, helpful and rates were reasonable. Today like clockwork John arrived, swept my fireplace and gave me a few tips about having indoor files and where to get wood.
