A minor issue we found is their limited services. Apart from drain cleaning, they only offer sewer cleaning.

They are available 24/7 and don’t charge any overtime fees! But there is a dispatch fee you need to worry about.

A convenient aspect is their Peace of Mind program, providing occasional discounts if you avail of any of their services. For us, bargains are important because it benefits clients on tight budgets.

Additionally, we like that they offer flexible payment plans should you require a more thorough and expensive service. You can choose to pay in installments on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Unfortunately, you may need to ready your wallet because The Pleasant Plumber Inc. charges higher prices than similar services. From our surveys, we noted that some clients were slightly shocked.

It’s a good thing that the technicians are pretty quick and effective at their job. Some were even done in less than 10 minutes!

One of the aspects we like about Dean’s Plumbing & Heating is the various services they offer. Since 2010, they have mainly catered to residential areas in Winnipeg and some rural areas.

We like their complete plumbing services such as drain cleaning, fixing faucets, sewer and water line repair, sump pump installation and repair, and toilet installation and repair. You can hire them for any drain issues, which is highly convenient!

However, their drain cleaning is only for 1.5- and 2-inch lines. So, if you have a commercial property with bigger lines, you may have to look for a different service.

On a good note, they offer a workmanship guarantee on all services. In our opinion, that shows their trust in their own work quality—a good sign!

Additionally, we like their reasonable rates. They were also pretty accurate with the quotes, which we think speaks about their skills in determining drain problems.

A small issue is they don’t have emergency services. But there’s an upside: they are highly accommodating and quick to arrive on site!

Furthermore, previous clients complimented Dean’s Plumbing & Heating for going above and beyond with their services. Despite having a busy schedule, some clients said they received quick service.

A BBB-accredited business, Clean Line Sewer & Drain has been around for over 35 years. They offer residential, commercial, and industrial clients plumbing, heating, and electrical services.

Their plumbing service is pretty comprehensive. Aside from drain cleaning, they have line flushing, septic tank cleaning, hydro vac excavation, and hot water tank services.

We like their regular drain cleaning service, which is also available for spring checkups. We appreciate that this maintenance service includes checking plumbing fixtures.

Additionally, their maintenance drain cleaning is cheaper than a one-time cleaning. That’s a budget-friendly option for them, considering they charge higher prices than other drain cleaning services in Winnipeg.

However, they only offer regularly scheduled drain cleaning for commercial establishments. They offer spring cleanups for residential clients, though.

What we like is they offer grease trap installation for restaurants which is a requirement in Winnipeg. Conveniently, they will take care of securing permits as well.

As for their availability, we were glad to learn it’s 24/7! That goes for residential and commercial clients, too!

We were also glad to discover they have financing options that will benefit many homeowners on tight budgets. These are available in installments, which provides flexible payment terms.

A downside is we heard instances of no-show technicians. It was disappointing considering they offer 24/7 services.

Rocket Rooter was founded in 2009 and serves residential and commercial clients. They are a BBB-accredited business.

Their humble beginning started with a rusty service van, but now has five vans fully equipped for plumbing services! Their services are drain cleaning, plumbing installation and repair, and even bathroom renovation—convenient, eh?

In addition to that, we appreciate that they have upgraded to camera inspection for sewer systems. This can efficiently show the pipes’ conditions to check clogged sewer drains.

Another convenient feature is their availability. They are available from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Furthermore, they offer 24/7 emergency services. However, that will come with an emergency fee.

A common compliment we heard is their competitive and transparent pricing. We were also glad to learn that they don’t do any sales talk, which earns points in our book!

For a service that offers bathroom renovation and plumbing, we were expecting a financing option. It’s a good thing they charge reasonable rates.

On a good note, they offer membership programs that include drain cleaning. The benefits are discounts on sewer and plumbing services and no emergency service charges!

What disappointed us was hearing reports about late arrivals. Rocket Rooter has since improved because we don’t hear this happening often.
