But unlike most exterminators, EE took a step further in posting the payment methods it accepts on its website. We take this as a positive aspect since it removes a lot of guesswork for some clients who are budget conscious.

We also commend EE on posting a prep sheet for its clients to make the extermination process smoother. Although clients can get this information through a call, this feature can save them lots of time.

Still, EE’s service quality proved to be satisfactory to its customers. Aside from being punctual for appointments, many clients like how the staff takes time to explain the pest problem and which solution would be the best.

But, we want to share that there are instances wherein the company’s customer service is not responsive. We found a few incidents wherein the clients did not receive a callback, which was disappointing if their bed bug problems were an emergency.

Hopefully, the EE would improve that part of its service for the convenience of its customers.
