Also, there’s nothing like the hospitality of the owners of these properties. However, finding the right bed and breakfast in Kelowna can massively affect your time in the city, whether you’re visiting for a weekend or longer—that’s where I come in!
I’ve visited Kelowna many times enough to know which ones to recommend, whether or not it’s your first time in the charming city. Keep on reading to find the perfect one for you and your loved ones!

The property itself is worth highlighting as well for its beautiful heritage design and complete set of amenities. One of our favourite spots here is the living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, as it’s the perfect gathering spot for storytelling with families and friends.
The breakfast they serve is unmatched as well, especially when you eat it at the house’s extended patio. The bonus? This property is also dog-friendly and even provides a separate room for them to rest their paws after a day filled with activities!

Don’t miss out on visiting Strathcona while you’re here! It’s only a couple of blocks away, and it’s one of the best spots to cool down and catch stunning views of the sea during the summertime.

One of our favourite things about this bed and breakfast is that it serves as a temporary escape from the city, without being too far away. Furthermore, each suite features complete amenities including AC units, flat-screen TVs, and more!
While you’re here, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful, lush trees and the serenity of the mountainside. The place doesn’t fall short of amenities, with the most notable one being the outdoor swimming pool overlooking the picturesque views.
Pro tip:
If you’re up for a bit of a road trip, continue along Summit Drive to reach Dilworth Mountain Park. It’s where you’ll find Dilworth Lookout, which offers unobstructed views of Kelowna, the mountain range, and Okanagan Lake.

The interiors are just as beautiful, as they feature the same old charm as the exterior. This also goes for the suites, as all of them are decorated tastefully with charming wooden decor and feature warm lighting and tasteful colours.
The best spot here, however, is the outdoor patio, which features a covered gazebo that’s perfect for family barbecue nights or any sort of intimate gathering. Speaking of gatherings, weddings are also accommodated by this property!

If you’re looking for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, then Château Okanagan should be on your radar! It’s located North of Kelowna along Clifton Road, facing the alluring and serene waters of Okanagan Lake.
Photos online don’t do this place justice, as it looks straight out of those period movies, with its beautiful stone walls and surrounding mountain range. It’s more than just a looker, too, as it offers several activities like kayaking, tennis, and swimming.
Staying here is a treat as well because of its beautiful old-timey suites. These rooms are fitted with modern amenities while retaining their classic charm by offering traditional designs, most notably a fully-functional wood fireplace.

As late risers, however, our favourite thing about staying here is their flexible breakfast times! No matter what time you decide to hop out of your bed, you can expect the owners to whip up their signature eggs along with other breakfast staples, hot and ready!

During your stay, don’t miss out on stopping by Kalamoir Regional Park! It’s one of the best places to explore because of its beautiful rock formations, diverse terrains, and vast grasslands.

Hikari-Okanagan Sunshine B&B is one of the most accessible options in Kelowna because it’s located in the Downtown area. This means that cafes and restaurants waiting to be discovered await in every corner—plus, it’s only a couple of minutes away from the beach!
We have a feeling that you’d have a hard time getting out of bed, as each room is remarkably cosy, and the beds will make you feel like sleeping on clouds. They also come with all the amenities you need, from air conditioners to tea makers, TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and more.
Even with its accessible location, however, the place still features quaint and serene surroundings. Of course, we can’t leave you hanging without mentioning their breakfast, and we’re here to confirm that they’re tremendous as well!
