What we love most about Mulan Beauty Spa is that they have an inclusive clientele—women, men, and children are welcome. And it’s not an understatement, their services are tailored to each client, whether it’s for manicure, pedicure, lash extensions and lifts, or hair removal.

Their strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness is a huge win in our books. For instance, they provide new, one-time use kits and spa liners for each session, while sanitizing all equipment between clients.

On top of that, to make your visit more comfortable, we appreciate the warm welcome, the free drinks, and the WiFi.

We also have to highlight their competitive pricing; you can clearly see their rates for every tier from basic to deluxe, making services more accessible and budget-friendly.

Now, they might not focus on body therapy treatments, but they do have a well-recognized feature to make up for it—massage chairs. Clients we talked to rave about how nice it feels to basically have a full body massage while getting their nails done.

Right off the bat, we’re impressed at how La Loge Soins & Esthétique uses 100% certified organic, plant-based products for facials and body treatments. It’s a hit, especially for clients with sensitive skin or who avoid synthetic chemicals. 

It’s also convenient that you can cover many needs here, like face care, massages, nails, hands, feet, waxing, electrolysis, and brow treatments. No need to hop between spas or salons!

Just note that they’re closed on Sundays, and they’re not ideal for walk-in sessions. Last-minute plans might be a guarantee here, especially since they usually take their time with facials like their thorough skin assessments for better personalization and product recommendations.

But here’s a neat perk we learned: for their massage services, you have the option to get receipts for insurance purposes. So, if you have health plans that cover massage therapy, you can get a reimbursement for it.

THE TEN SPOT really feels like you can get ten or more things done in one spot, considering they offer services such as nails, waxing, facials, brow/lash, and laser hair removal.

One thing that caught our attention is their clinical-level cleanliness; you can see and sense how attentive they are with sanitation practices. So, you can have peace of mind as you explore their services and make contact with their facilities and equipment. 

The clients we spoke with also praised the team’s precision, especially with nail techs and estheticians taking time to shape nails, apply polish, or do brow/lash work with attention to detail.

We also noted that the spa can feel a bit busy and noisy, which can defeat the purpose of relaxing in a calm atmosphere. 

The good news is that The Ten Spot has multiple Montreal locations, so before setting an appointment, ask how packed their schedule is that day to avoid the crowd.

You’ll probably feel bonita after a nice session at Bonita Beauty Studio. They have a comprehensive beauty menu from brows and lashes to massage and advanced facials.

We believe their use of advanced tech is one of their strong points. For instance, they can offer hydra-facials, radio frequency, microneedling, and microdermabrasion, which are treatments that can deliver more noticeable and lasting skin improvements. 

And more on their tech, they use HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) for non-invasive skin tightening.

Their massage services are also worth mentioning. They have quite the lineup, like Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, Brazilian sculpture, and wood therapy.

Another service that greatly involves their tech is their laser removal. However, you’ll need to commit to about six or more sessions for the full effect and treatment, which can be a dealbreaker for some. 

Still, we can’t deny their expertise and use of technology to make the treatments more precise and long-lasting.
