Flash Repair landed on our radar after our refrigerator stopped cooling properly, and the timing couldn’t have been worse. Reaching their office was easy, and their team gave clear guidance on what to expect before sending a technician over.

The visit started well because the tech explained how he’d diagnose the issue and checked the unit methodically. With more than 15 years in the industry, their level of confidence and expertise was obvious.

It also helps that their team holds certifications, such as the Refrigeration & Sealed System Mechanic Certificate and TAG-2 Gas Technician, which adds credibility when you’re trusting someone with major home appliances.

Joseph Services stepped in when our dryer stopped heating properly, and the whole experience started on a good note. Booking was smooth, and their online system made it easy to confirm the visit without any back-and-forth.

Once the technician arrived, the process felt refreshingly straightforward. He guided us through what he was checking, pinpointed the issue quickly, and had the replacement part ready in his toolkit.

However, we did notice a small hiccup with their website, where some icons redirected us to unrelated web pages. This is nothing major, but it can confuse customers and might affect the overall experience with them. 

Aside from that minor issue, the service itself was solid. The technician worked cleanly—no mess left behind—and took the time to double-check the dryer’s performance before calling it done.
