We’re also impressed that they can handle everything from condo/co-op units to large commercial systems. If your system is complicated (more ducts, bigger space), they have the capacity.

Their crew also makes thorough inspections (where you can actually see what they see) and even wears shoe covers as they work, which is a thoughtful touch.

On the other hand, we did note some rescheduling concerns, so it’s best to ask them for confirmation the day before. Still, we can’t deny that they’re transparent with their process, and their cleaning work is guaranteed.

We noticed that they employ certified staff, and judging from what homeowners shared, they work quickly and effectively. Their approach combines rotating brushes, high-pressure air jets, and negative-air suction to seamlessly dislodge and cleanly pull out contaminants.

The products they use also get our approval. They use a botanical disinfectant (BENEFECT) that’s 100% natural and approved in Canada.

Just note that they’re closed on Sundays, so you’ll probably need to set a doable schedule to make sure you’re present for the initial and post-work inspection. 

Speaking of inspection, we suggest you see to it that you’re there since they provide a satisfaction guarantee. Simply put, if you’re not happy with their work, they’ll come back and redo it at no extra cost.

They have helped clients with their homes, commercial properties, and even high-rise buildings. This is great if you’re worried about being in a condo or multi-unit building, since they have the know-how and skill with larger duct networks and complex ventilation systems. 

Another standout is their Aeroseal duct sealing and envelope insulation services that help reduce leaks. It’s pretty much a cheat code for larger heating or setups where lost airflow can drive up energy bills.

Here’s the thing, though: we’ve noted some reports of delays and rescheduling, as well as inconsistencies with their initial and final quote, which can be frustrating.

Their track record is impressive, too. Over 500 clients have been happy with the results, and many continue to patronize them for regular maintenance.

Beyond cleaning, they do decontamination and odour treatment, a major plus if pets, mould, or long-standing residue are a concern in your home’s air circulation.
