Are ye ready for the long weekend? The Victoria Highland Games & Celtic Festival is returning for the 162nd time during the long weekend at Topaz Park.

The festival, celebrating Scottish and Celtic culture, is set to bring on the kilts on May 17 and 18, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

There’s going to be a tonne of family-friendly activities, such as hammer throws, dancing competitions, fiddling, and military demonstrations.

There’s also something to do for all ages! The wee bairns can have fun at the entertainment area, while the adults (ages 19+) can sip their way to happiness at the Single Malt Whiskey School!

You can swing by the genealogy booths to trace family histories, taste the best of Scottish and Celtic cuisine, drink all the bevvies, and join pipe band competitions!

Don’t forget to catch the International Heavy Events Challenge, where you’ll see incredible feats of strength from men and women wearing kilts, who will hype up the crowd by showing just how strong they are!
