On that note, Kuko House has built quite a reputation, drawing in clients for special events like weddings and parties. And get this – we’ve spotted quite a crew of regulars who’ve stuck with Kuko House for a solid two to five years. 

While Kuko House has its shining moments, we can’t ignore the cloud of complaints hovering around booking issues. Some clients spilled the tea about cancellations and appointments not making it to the system, causing a few to hit the brakes on their salon visits. 

We also think they should amp up the urgency in addressing concerns, especially for those clients whose appointments got postponed or cancelled.
