The team is also welcoming and straightforward, and they’ll even inspect diamonds you’ve sourced elsewhere without issue.

When we stopped in to browse their collections, we were genuinely impressed by their intimate, bench-side selection process. 

The transparency here is refreshing, as they openly discuss the durability of certain gems for daily wear. 

Just remember that because everything is meticulously made to order, you will need to account for a two to six-week production timeline.

They place a massive emphasis on buyer education. They take the time to help you understand the materials so you can feel completely confident in your final choice. 

They even back their craftsmanship with a very solid personal warranty. 

The main catch is that their custom engagement pieces typically start around the $3,000 mark. This creates a higher barrier to entry if you are shopping on a tighter budget.
