On top of that, we like that they’re open every day and have long operating hours. It’s like there’s no need to pay for an emergency service since they open at seven in the morning!

Luso Roofing is also responsive, based on our client surveys. Although we appreciate their pretty consistent communication skills, they sometimes struggle to keep up with the demand due to having a small team of employees.

Nonetheless, their workmanship compensates for that, in our opinion. Their clients have loved their newly repaired roofs and have recommended Luso Roofing to their neighbours, too!

What we admire about Coverall Roofing is they’re an award-winning company. In our opinion, that speaks highly about their workmanship and service quality.

In fact, they’re a HomeStars award winner for six years in a row, from 2018 to 2023! They won the Best of Award six times and the Best of the Best twice—aren’t those remarkable?

From what we’ve seen, they repair residential and commercial roofing, and this is one of our favourite factors since it means they can work on any type of building. 

Not only that, but their expertise in repairing flat, cedar, slate, and tile roofs is also convenient for many—another plus!

Furthermore, we think their wide range of services is a massive advantage. Besides repairs, we appreciate they also handle maintenance and replacement, including skylights and eavestroughs, to keep your home safe from the weather.

But what’s even more incredible is their eye for detail and use of high-quality materials. For us, that’s a testament to their superb workmanship and dedication to the job.

Although we appreciate Coverall Roofing’s six-days-a-week availability, it was a bummer they don’t offer emergency services. They’re also not open on Sundays, which is another downside for busy Torontonians.

Still, we think their competitive quotes make up for it. Their past clients even complimented their pricing for being one of the lowest in their areas.

Integrity Roofers is one of our picks for roofing repairs in Toronto and the GTA because of their 20-year experience in the business, plus their impressive credentials!

We think it’s notable that they’re certified by CertainTeed and their roofers are SELECT ShingleMaster authorized. Those qualifications represent high standards in the roofing industry, which is a massive advantage for us.

Integrity Roofers also earns praise from us for being a seven-time winner of the HomeStars Best of Award. For us, it’s a testament to their quality workmanship.

From our research, we found that their roof repair expertise extends to residential and commercial clients, working on flat and pitched roofs. 

It certainly makes their client list pretty long, given that they accept small or big projects, like schools and shopping centres.

Another thing we like is the long duration of their roof repair warranty. They offer ten years, which gives peace of mind in case problems arise.

Furthermore, our client surveys showed that their repair team was quick to address any mishaps. Honestly, we believe it shows their commitment to good customer service because they don’t take long to fix the issue.

All that being said, we found it slightly disappointing that Integrity Roofers don’t offer weekend appointments. They also don’t have emergency services, making Toronto residents lean to other roof experts for quick assistance.

Next on our list is The Roof Technician, which was established in 2005. With 18 years in the business, we feel they’re one of the trusted roof repair services in the city, given they’re also a HomeStars 2019 Best of Award winner.

That’s not the only reason, though! We also think it’s nice that they offer both residential and commercial repairs, making them accessible to all Torontonians with roof problems.

It’s an advantage that they’re also adept at installation, replacement, and inspection. In our opinion, that shows their knowledge and skills in the roofing industry.

One of the main things we appreciate is their commitment to providing affordable services to clients. They offer financing options, which is good news for everyone, and offer reasonable and transparent pricing based on our surveys.

Additionally, new clients get a 20% discount on repairs, which is a really good deal. Aside from that, new installations and replacements get free roof inspections to see if there are any problems to address.

It’s worth highlighting that their workmanship is incredible. Clients we conversed with appreciated their use of high-quality materials and excellent workmanship.

But a downside we found about The Roof Technician is their office is closed on weekends. But they do try to answer inquiries 24/7, and they try to accommodate weekend appointments—something we commend!

Flat Roof Toronto made our list because of their specialization in flat roofing. Their focus on that is what gives us confidence in their skills!

However, we must mention that that’s where their limitation lies as well. Since they only repair and install flat roofs, it means they’re not someone to call for pitched roof repairs.

Despite the limited range of services, we still appreciate that they install and repair skylights for homes and business properties. That avoids roof leaks, which we know can be a pain.

We also like that they serve both residential and commercial clients in Toronto and the GTA. Their client list is worth appreciating because more Toronto residents can reach out to them.

What’s even better is they use high-quality materials, ensuring that no mishaps will happen after their job. Plus, we found it commendable that they don’t stick to a one-size-fits-all roofing solution, making sure that all clients get a personalized service.

We were just iffy about them only operating from Mondays to Saturdays. Still, we found it convenient they have emergency services, which not all roofers provide in Toronto.

During our surveys, we found that Flat Roof Toronto has provided top-notch roof repair work. That’s the most important aspect, despite not offering a tonne of services.
