We shouldn’t have been surprised, considering they regularly upskill their employees. They provide regular training, so all window cleaners are updated with the latest techniques and cleaning products.

Additionally, their cleaning services are pretty comprehensive. We really like that they also clean screens, window sills, and frames—which not all cleaning services include!

We want to note that they have complete and proper specialty equipment when cleaning high-rise buildings, ensuring the safety of their cleaning team. Also, not all window cleaners provide commercial services for tall buildings, so this is a plus!

We also appreciate their 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is useful in case of subpar service, especially since we heard some clients weren’t completely satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, some of the windows weren’t spotless after the cleaning.

We would also like to see an improvement in their communication skills. Some clients complained that a few windows were missed, despite communicating it with them.

For over 40 years, Ken’s Window Washing has specialized in window cleaning for residential and commercial clients in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. They can work on high areas since they are well-equipped, including 40 ft poles for cleaning.

One of our favourite things is their exclusive use of purified water instead of just tap water. It’s an eco-friendly option that won’t corrode your window sills, which we like!

Speaking of eco-friendly, we commend them for not using harsh chemicals on all windows they clean. It keeps their clients (and pets!) safe from inhaling or touching any harmful substances.

Additionally, we like their constant use of updated technology for window cleaning—they have even updated a few times during the last few years! It also ensures that each job will be done efficiently and effectively, which we find is highly important in the industry.

Another impressive factor is their rates, which are reasonable and fair! Even the clients we conversed with were pretty happy with the final charges.

Don’t worry about their reasonably priced services because that doesn’t diminish their service quality! We really like their expertise in keeping windows squeaky clean!

On the downside, they have a limited selection of cleaning services since they only focus on windows. It’s also unfortunate that they’re unavailable on weekends, especially for interior window cleaning.

We really like Insight Service Solutions because of their vast coverage area. Aside from Winnipeg, they also cater to clients in other Manitoba cities, Saskatchewan, and Ontario—call us impressed!

They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, though. For us, that limits their availability—just a tiny bit!

We like that their specialization lies in commercial window cleaning. Their team has received proper training to brave the heights since they work on high-rise buildings—impressive!

Plus, they have educated and trained their cleaning staff in fall protection and prevention measures. In our opinion, it shows their care for everyone’s safety, which we approve of!

If you need residential window cleaning, they do those, too! We also like how thorough it is because they do interior and exterior windows, solar panels, skylights, and pretty much any exterior glass in your home!

Furthermore, we like their residential window cleaning because it includes sills, which not all services do. You can even add power washing on exterior windows if you prefer.

A commendable aspect is their use of safe cleaning products, which are biodegradable. As a result, there won’t be any harmful effects on your property—we need to keep our gardens and buildings safe!

All seems fine and dandy, but we did find a drawback. Sadly, there were a few times when Insight Service Solutions’ service quality did not meet their client’s expectations.

We were inspired by Jordy’s Window Cleaning’s humble beginnings, armed only with a bicycle, a folding chair, and a few basic cleaning tools. They took to the streets in search of clients who required their window cleaning services.

Now, they have expanded to their own vehicle, catering to residential and commercial clients! The way we see it, their dedication to the cleaning industry is truly remarkable!

We also like their thorough cleaning service, including frames, sills, and sliding door tracks. Plus, we like that they offer water stain removal, including those hard stains that are impossible to get rid of!

In addition to all of those, we really like that despite being a small company, they also offer cleaning services on glass dividers, shower glass partitions, and mirrors!

While we appreciate that they provide commercial window cleaning, it’s only for buildings up to three storeys high. They are still a small company, so they can’t service high-rise buildings—maybe in the future!

Another aspect worth mentioning is their competitive prices. Most clients we surveyed were impressed with the fair pricing and the quality of service.

However, we would like to see improvement in their customer service, particularly in communication. Some clients were not impressed with the delayed responses.

Winnipeg’s CLEARVIEW Window Cleaners has been in the industry since 1988, which impressed us as that’s three decades! They service residential and commercial clients, and even cottage houses.

While we do appreciate that they specialize in window cleaning, their range of services is limited compared to other window cleaners in the city. Some offer other services as a one-stop cleaning shop—but you can add gutter cleaning. 

We also found that they don’t cater to high-rise buildings. Their commercial clients are mostly restaurants and offices that don’t have more than ten floors.

On a positive note, we were glad to learn they are open for service any day of the week! They have long operating hours, too, starting at six in the morning—more clients in a day!

One of our favourite aspects is their consistent training program for all of their window cleaners. The way we see it, this allows them to provide the same standard of service regardless of how many windows they need to clean!

In fact, our client surveys showed that they have been consistent with their services. That’s a quality we admire because spotless windows are important!

We also really like their affordable rates. Due to their great prices, some clients have hired them for regular window cleaning.
