Though kudos to them for being so flexible with your schedules and needs – they really go the extra mile. They’re not just your typical security service; they’ll even handle things like deliveries and other stuff when you’re not around.

We also appreciate how friendly they are with the residents, making it easier for you to feel safe and comfortable around them.

All in all, we think CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is a solid choice for places like condos, apartment complexes, or good old residential areas.

We really appreciate their 24/7, year-round monitoring. Plus, they have security systems that can expand to fit your needs and offer a solid one-year warranty on parts and service. 

That said, you won’t have to stress about paying damages caused by external forces beyond your control.

Notably, they have a remote video monitoring system which allows you to view the site from your location at any time. It’s a great alternative to guard security at a fraction of the cost, saving you thousands of dollars a month in security.

However, it’s a bit of a letdown that they don’t have their own separate app apart from their remote system. Having an app to check on your security team remotely would’ve been helpful to ensure everything’s going well when you’re not there.

Nonetheless, we admire Regent Security Services for always bringing their A-game since they’re not the type to nod off or slack off on the job. They’re all about hard work and efficient management.

What we found really interesting about GESS Security is its cannabis security solutions. They’ve joined forces with a Canadian cannabis regulatory consulting company to design and deliver security systems that meet all the rules and regulations for your retail store or facility.

It’s also worth noting that they use advanced security tech, like alarms and cameras, to protect your place. They have all the entry points covered and even set up panic alarms and motion sensors — working closely with you to ensure your facility is secure.

Just a heads up, though, as we found that they don’t send security personnel to physically guard your place like the other companies on this list.

On the plus side, their security solutions are a budget-friendly option, which means you can stick with their services for the long haul. We think this works out great for places like facilities and warehouses.

And should you consider their services, our advice is to give them a ring first and ask for a free quote. Also, note that they’re closed on weekends, so you might want to plan your installations and discussions well to avoid schedule clashes.
