Throughout the years, Paragon Security continued to expand. It’s another remarkable thing for us, given that they now offer many services to residential and commercial clients.

Furthermore, their extensive services are convenient since they can reach more clients. These include uniformed security personnel, concierge security, campus security, gatehouse operations, and mobile patrol.

A standout feature for us is their security consulting service. We found it particularly useful for businesses due to the carefully curated comprehensive plans to increase security.

Additionally, we like that they use a holistic security methodology. It provides an interconnected system for more effective and efficient protection for your business—a big plus!

Paragon Security stands out in our eyes again due to their cybersecurity services. They offer this to logistics companies, aiding in loss prevention within distribution centers and deterring theft of goods.

Even better, their security officers are highly trained in conflict resolution and use of force theory. We admire them for prioritizing non-violent means.

In fact, one of their officers was hailed as a hero for swiftly intervening during a machete attack in Toronto in 2015. If that doesn’t speak about their training, we’re not sure what does!

The only drawback we found about Paragon Security is they don’t have specialized security technology services. Some security firms in Toronto offer CCTV installation and monitoring, so we hope they can add that specific service in the future.

Condor Security is like a one-stop destination for security needs. Why do we say that? Aside from the services we mentioned above, they also offer security training for those who wish to join the field!

Unfortunately, some security training students complained about miscommunication issues. To say the least, it disappointed us, given that some students will eventually join their team.

We admire Ultimate Security Services for continuing to protect the people of Toronto since 1997. Since then, they’ve offered 24/7 security to businesses and homes.

Another thing we like is their list of offerings. They provide security guards, neighbourhood watch, mobile security, condo security, and parking enforcement.

Ultimate Security is an all-in-one service, making them a convenient hire to safeguard you, your community, and your place of business. They also extend their expertise to include private investigation services, going the extra mile in their role—impressive!

Not all security companies in Toronto offer CCTV systems, but Ultimate Security does! It’s one of our favourites because they install advanced technologies for better security measures.

Furthermore, we really like their state-of-the-art operations centre. It’s where their team monitors the CCTV cameras to stay ahead of any potential dangers.

A significant upside is their tailored services. Every client gets a personalized security plan, enabling them to create one that suits their budget—pretty considerate, no?

However, we noticed that their commercial security services are not as extensive as others in Toronto. We feel this might be because they focus on neighbourhood watch services.

Nonetheless, Ultimate Security Services is one of the best security firms in Toronto for us because of their residential offerings and highly trained staff. Each employee is vetted, ensuring a clean criminal record.

Safety First Security Services caught our attention due to their team. They follow the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS) guidelines, proving that they follow strict security standards.

We like that they offer a diverse range of services. They provide corporate security, retail security, industrial security, construction security, event security, and car park security.

While that seems like a lot, we observed that their offerings aren’t as extensive as other security firms in Toronto. That’s a bit of a downside since it limits their clients, too.

Another limitation is their focus on providing security personnel. Unfortunately, that means they don’t offer CCTV monitoring for round-the-clock security.

Nevertheless, we appreciate their tailored services for each client. For us, the flexibility they provide is convenient since each client will have different security needs.

Another positive is the officers of Safety First Security Services. Why? They have training in emergency response!

Moreover, we like that they’re trained in evacuation procedures and contingency plans. From our perspective, it shows their effectiveness on the job.

It’s also worth mentioning that Safety First Security Services offers training classes. Their classes are in-depth and interactive, which for us, shows the team’s expertise in the field.

All in all, Safety First Security Services earned their spot on our list due to their experience. We just hope they can expand their services in the future.
