Regarding workmanship, we found that they’ve provided outstanding jobs. The clients we conversed with were very happy with the results—and the clean-up was a major plus.

Plus, we were impressed that besides having a BBB A+ rating, they were also two-time finalists for the Better Business Bureau Torch Award. Basically, we think they’re top-notch in the roofing business, considering they’ve completed over 17,000 projects!

For us, these impressive roofers are jacks of all trades. We love that they can do any roofing work, like installation, repair, and inspection for metal, shingle, flat, and sloped roofing—and they earn bonus points for serving residential and commercial clients.

Additionally, we like that they also work on gutters, siding, soffits, and various specialty work. We see them as kind of like a general carpenter since they work on roof extensions and solar panel and skylight installation.

However, we learned that Roofmaster isn’t equipped to remove existing solar panels, which means calling the original installers is a must before any roofing job starts.

We think it’s nice that they provide financing options for up to $100,000 through Financeit. That’s despite already offering competitive prices.

However, we heard a few complaints about late arrivals and no-shows. So an improvement in customer service would be nice.
