The Pike Group, headed by Sandra Pike, is not your usual realtor. Buying and selling a home is not just a transaction for these folks—and yes, they have the track record to prove it.

Let’s start with their listings, which vary way more than we initially thought. They handle residential and the occasional commercial places, but they mainly assist with luxury properties.

Although there aren’t a lot of budget-friendly listings, we think it’s fine. From what we’ve seen, when you’re buying with them, their realtors will show you exactly the houses you’ll like.

We also appreciate that they were always on top of things, showing how organised they are. Unfortunately, their team leader doesn’t usually handle buyers, so she’ll likely entrust you with her team, but it’s fine because they’re still professional.
